Sinister Dawn

there is a room
in a broken home
where terror thrives
sleeping on knives
the walls of this room
in the broken home
reveal the devil through closed eyes
so at night he sits and crys
outside the room
in the broken home
all love is gone
and the sun rises on a blackened dawn

Land of the Lost

A new place
An old face
Same old same old
In this game we play
Same old same old
It ends today

Help me out, please I say
Get me out, no more can we stay
I love you
You love me
I hate you
You leave me

Your love is a curse
Followed by pain
You should drive a hearse
And be followed by rain

You bring me to life
And then shut me down
You bring me up
And then toss me around

Im threw with it
All the lies
Im done with you
And your fake guilt trip
Not anymore
Will I be the one who cries.

*written for Sarah, i hope it continues to make you happy up here*

Better Off Dead

As i lay here
beside you in bed
I cant help but think
that im better off dead
all we do is fight
all day
and all night
I reach to the side
flick off the light
and pray to god
it the end of the fight
You say my name
i look to the side
you place your hand on my cheek
and to my neck it dose slide
you wisper i love you
i wisper it back
but in my mind
im preparing for another attack

Confessions of a Heartbreak

IF a had a dollar
For every second I thought of you
I’d have so much money
I wouldn’t know what to do
Because you’re always on my mind girl
From my waking moments
Till the day is done
Yeah always on my mind girl
And I just know...
You’re the one (end of chorus)

I spend every minute
Of every hour
Of every day
Thinking about what we had
What we were
And what I’d change
Like all the cheating
All the hurting
All the lying
And all the rage
But now I’m to the point
Where it’s locked me in a cage
Full of my own venom and deceit
But this is a battle
Where I cannot accept defeat (end verse)

Because if I had a dollar
For every second I thought of you
I’d have so much money
I wouldn’t know what to do
Because you’re always on my mind girl
From my waking moments
Till the day is done
Yeah always on my mind girl
And I know...
You’re the one (end of chorus)

I love you so much
I can’t bear to see you go
And I still feel your touch
When you walk away so slow
You might say my records broken
Or that I’m a little nuts
But no-more will I go unspoken
Baby I love you
So much (bridge)

Cause I won’t sit back
And let you slip away
No I won’t be quiet like before
Not today
Cause I’m asking you
Begging you
Needing you
Baby please
Just give me a chance
Cause hell is nothing
Compared to loosing you (end verse)

Because if I had a dollar
For every second I thought of you
I’d have so much money
I wouldn’t know what to do
Because you’re always on my mind girl
Till the day is done
Yeah always on my mind girl
And I know...
You’re the one (end of song)

The Letter

he sits at his desk
with a notebook and pen
he lets a tear fall
and wonders where to begin
he looks at her picture
and lightly wispers why
the last thing he wanted
was to say goodbye
he wrights her a letter
signed by jon
he kisses the picture
still not understanding how she could be gone
he drops the letter
with her in the casket
tears fall together
not even birds making a racket
he looks back as everyone begins to cry
this is it
the grim goodbye

Fray of Heart

Enter madness
enter sadness
two hearts colide
in a beautiful divide
eyes begin to tear
now the end is near
soulless wispers in the dark
lifeless lovers invade the ark
it has to end now
but we cant find a way how
we have to get out
or oblivion will come about

A Done Mans Thoughts

The man sits back
Thinking to himself
Trying to find himself

The time has come
For a decision
The time is nigh
To clear his vision

His thoughts are clustered
And unsure
What should he think?
What has he done?

He can’t figure out
What he needs to be alive
Why can’t he be without?
All he wants is to survive.

Life Line

He hears her crying
on the other end of the phone
but on the inside hes dieing
becuas shes home alone
suisides the word
dancing in her head
and now hes silently crying
leaning on the edge of his bed
he pleads for her
not to give in
she sais it works
but the thoughts come back again
how he wishes he could stop the pain
the she could se
theres nothign to gain
but in the end
its her choice to make

Last Words

do you understand what you do to me?
can you tell i would rather be free
how can you not see?
that your killing me
with your pretty lies
unforgiving eyes
twisted smiles
and unfair trials
why cant you let me be me?
why cant you leave me be?
ive tried so long to be me
ive tried so long to break free
please let me go
so i can die peacefully.

Void

As I lay here
slowly dieing
I wonder why
no one is crying
in my head
guilty thoughts break the piece
even in death
can I get no release?
As I lay here
almost dead
I still cant chase
these thoughts from my head
I feel the life
wasting away
and now im sure
I wont live to see the next day
As I lay here
a the angels feet
I realize the battle I just lost
and away my life will be tossed
he speaks in a voice
full of poison and so cruel
and I realize now, that I’ve been a fool
