Together We Shall Rise

So many families torn apart, by a monster they can't see
Fentanyl takes hold and it won't let go, it's like a disease
Leaving loved ones feeling helpless and alone, wondering what to do
They turn their backs in fear and pain, not knowing how to get through
All the raindrops fall from heaven skies
For all the victims lost in fentanyl's lies
Family members push them away
But they need love to make it through the day

The addict feels so alone, like no one understands
The high is all that matters now, just need it in their hands
They don't care if they live or die, it's hard to see the light
When those they love have turned away, it's like an endless night

All the raindrops fall from heaven skies
For all the victims lost in fentanyl's lies
Family members push them away
But they need love to make it through the day

We must come together strong and true
And help every single one of them through
Accept their illness with open hearts
Help them get back up and start

All the raindrops fall from heaven skies
For all the victims lost in fentanyl's lies
Family members push them away
But with love we can help them find a new way

We can't give up on those who are lost
Hold them close no matter what the cost
Together we can make a stand
To end this monster called fentanyl.

We need to break the stigma and the shame
And give them hope for a better day
No more looking away, no more turning our backs
Let's offer support and help them get back on track

All the raindrops fall from heaven skies
For all the victims lost in fentanyl's lies
Family members push them away
But with love we can help them find a new way

It's time to break down the walls of fear
And show them we are always here
We can't let another family fall apart
Let's start a movement, let's make a start

All the raindrops fall from heaven skies
For all the victims lost in fentanyl's lies
Family members push them away
But with love we can help them find a new way

All the raindrops fall from heaven skies
For every precious life that we have lost in fentanyl's lies
Let's come together, let's stand strong
For those who need us, let's belong

Let us all hold hands, and form a chain
Together we can heal the pain
For every soul that has lost their way
Let's remember them and honor them each day

We'll keep their memories alive and bright
And make sure that they didn't die for no reason or fight
We'll continue to spread love and kindness
Until fentanyl addiction is one less thing to worry less.
Let's raise our voices, let our message be heard
Together we can make a difference, spread love and not hurt
For every tear that falls from heaven sky
There will be hope and healing for those who still struggle to survive.

Warrior of Resilience a Tribute To Survivors of Sexual Assault

She walks alone, with a heavy heart
Haunted by the memories that tear her apart
She's a victim of sexual assault, a survivor of pain
But she refuses to let her past define her again

She's a warrior, a fighter, a force to be reckoned with
She's a symbol of strength, a beacon of hope, a light that won't dim
She's a survivor, a hero, a voice that won't be silenced
And she'll keep fighting, until justice is served and her pain is balanced

She's been through hell, but she's still standing tall
She's been through the worst, but she won't let it make her fall
She's a symbol of resilience, a testament to the human spirit
And she'll keep fighting, until her voice is heard and her pain is lifted

She's a warrior, a fighter, a force to be reckoned with
She's a symbol of strength, a beacon of hope, a light that won't dim
She's a survivor, a hero, a voice that won't be silenced
And she'll keep fighting, until justice is served and her pain is balanced

She's not alone, there are others like her
Victims of sexual assault, survivors of a blur
But together they'll stand, and make their voices heard
And show the world that their pain won't be blurred

She's a warrior, a fighter, a force to be reckoned with
She's a symbol of strength, a beacon of hope, a light that won't dim
She's a survivor, a hero, a voice that won't be silenced
And she'll keep fighting, until justice is served and her pain is balanced

She's a survivor, a hero, a voice that won't be silenced
And she'll keep fighting, until justice is served and her pain is balanced.

Poverty Unkind

In a World brimming with wealth and grandeur,Where opulence dazzles on every corner,A tale unfolds of disparity and strife,
Where poverty thrives, tormenting countless lives.
Inflation, a cruel tempest, engulfs the land,
Whispers of hunger and despair, hand in hand,
While riches multiply, soaring high and free,
The less fortunate struggle, longing to break free. How can this nation, adorned in gold and gleam,
Allow homelessness and hunger to remain unseen?
Abandoned houses, empty and decaying,
Dancers of sadness as time keeps on fraying.Enough money circulates in gilded hands,
To wipe away sorrow's desolate sands,
Yet greed entangles hearts, fierce and cold,
Turning a blind eye to suffering untold. But oh, hear me now, you who hoard excess,
For in your chests, souls weighed down by duress,
A day will come when you'll face your transgressions,
Questioned by fate, facing divine concessions. For every empty mansion slowly crumbling,
There exists someone's hope, endlessly humbling,
Why not embrace these forsaken abodes,
Giving shelter to weary souls with sores?
And what of sustenance, cast away as waste,Sentenced to rot, not a morsel to taste,
Stores and restaurants, brimming with excess,
Starving bellies pleading, pleading for redress. Can't we forge a path of empathy and care,
Sharing provisions, enough for all to share?
Let no child go to sleep, stomach unfed,
No mother or father mourn their daily bread.Greed, the villain that plagues our mortal realm,
Shall guide you towards an eternal helm,
Inequity's burden, you cannot forsake,
For in the end, it is your soul at stake. So let us rise against these walls of greed,
With love and compassion as our sacred creed,
Dare we bridge the gap that threatens to eclipse,
Uniting as one, erasing poverty's abyss. For in a world of abundance, so profound,
No reason for homelessness or hunger to be found,
Let's breathe life into the forsaken, the lost,
And redeem humanity at whatever cost.

Fight Against Fentanyl

Back in World War II, young men fought and died
Their bravery and sacrifice will never be denied
They fought for a cause, a noble fight
And we honor their memory every day and night
But now we fight a different war,
Against a foe that's tearing us apart at the core
Heroin, the enemy within,
Taking young lives, causing families to spin

The battle rages on, across every city and town,
Young lives taken too soon, we won't let them be put down
We're fighting for our future, for all that's right,
To conquer this epidemic with all our might.

But now we fight a different war,
Against a foe that's tearing us apart at the core
Heroin, the enemy within,
Taking young lives, causing families to spin

Our world has changed since those dark days of war,
Our new battles rage on in homes and backdoors,
It takes courage and strength to take up this fight,
So much pain and loss to make things right.

But now we fight a different war,
Against a foe that's tearing us apart at the core
Heroin, the enemy within,
Taking young lives, causing families to spin

We'll always remember those who fought before,
And we'll honor them by winning this new war.
A battle against addiction and its cruel hold,
We'll emerge victorious with stories yet untold.

Dreamer

I used to believe in us, in our love, in our trust
But now I see it wasn't enough, it was just lust
I gave you everything, my heart, my soul, my all
But you couldn't see it, you let our love fall
I'm a dreamer, a believer, if I want it, I achieve it
I don't just want it, I need it, your love and affection not mistreated
No more arguing, it gets too heated
Things get said, things not needed
I've not lied, I've not cheated
But it's too late 'cause I'm leaving
I tried to make it work, I tried to compromise
But you always had your guard up, always told lies
I'm tired of the drama, tired of the pain
I need to move on, I need to break these chains
I'm a dreamer, a believer, if I want it, I achieve it
I don't just want it, I need it, your love and affection not mistreated
No more arguing, it gets too heated
Things get said, things not needed
I've not lied, I've not cheated
But it's too late 'cause I'm leaving
I don't know what the future holds
But I know I need to be bold
I'll find someone who loves me true
Someone who'll never make me feel blue
I'm a dreamer, a believer, if I want it, I achieve it
I don't just want it, I need it, your love and affection not mistreated
No more arguing, it gets too heated
Things get said, things not needed
I've not lied, I've not cheated
But it's too late 'cause I'm leaving
I gave you all my love, but you couldn't see it
Now I'm moving on, I won't repeat it.
