I Have Forgiven You But It Will Never Be The Same Poem
Thorns on roses
ticks, fleas on
kittens
no help for the poor
snowball with no mittens
cereal that's milkless.
food with no taste
no seconds in minutes
elementary art without paste
artists with no vision
siblings without fighting
t.v. with no color
cake without icing
talking without voices
no roots beneath trees
by understanding rainfall
you understand me.

I Have Forgiven You But It Will Never Be The Same Poem
A heart outlined in steel.
Designed just so i'll never feel.
It's way too late to get off this ride.
There's no one in which I can confide.
Falling down.
The screams like thunder.
Into lost dreams and lies I plunder.

I Have Forgiven You But It Will Never Be The Same Poem
Counting down the days until i die
on this bed of thorns and nail
i will forever cry.
in life you won't see me try to patch
up all this pain.
hatred mends the holes in my heart
hold on you haven't heard the best part.
i will burn myself upon the stake.
oh yes, such a heavenly trait
to hate to love and love to hate.
it's tearing me to pieces.

I Have Forgiven You But It Will Never Be The Same Poem
she knows that she does not fit in
she cries herself to sleep
she doesnt like the way she looks
she sighs and will not eat
she feels that she is all alone
but help is oh so near
if she just knew that she was loved
life would be much more clear

I Have Forgiven You But It Will Never Be The Same Poem
A little girl cries.
Drifts into her happy place.
So she dies alone.

I Have Forgiven You But It Will Never Be The Same Poem
emotions
flying in my
mind screaming
and asking to stay
but i say no and refuse
because they fray all happy
pure thoughts that remain in my
mind for instance as a child my mother
would braid my hair. the sun would heat the
ground and i would look at my toes in antisapation
of going outside to be with my siblings so when the last
rubberband would strike my hair i'd close my eyes wait for
her smell of white diomonds hear her whisper in my little ear
'all done' then i would run out to play. emotions flying in my mind
screaming and asking to stay but i say no and refuse because they
fray all happy pure thoughts that remain in my mind.

I Have Forgiven You But It Will Never Be The Same Poem
That day in the park
we walked
and we knew we were wrong
we were wrong
and they saw us
but it felt right
a distorted feeling
and all along
we knew
we knew
that we were
wrong.
you held my hand
and we climbed higher
we weren't afraid
pure desire
but in our hearts
we'll always know
that we were,
we were
wrong.
