Falling
Could you tell I was falling? Falling unwillingly into your trap? I didn’t know if they were lies, the sweet things you told me. You said you’d catch me if I fell but instead you let me keep falling. You say you’re going to be here through thick and thin. Even to hell and back. I’m falling and I can’t see the outcome. You say you don’t want to lose me yet you’re pushing me away. You say I mean the world to you but you have your sights on the sun. You say you’ll never leave me, even when the world ends but seems like it has come very close to ending. You say we’re meant to be but meant to be together or apart is the question.

Madison Wesley Poem
Christmas
From the bells ringing, to the children singing. From the wall full of holy, to Santa Clause in all his jolly. From the tall Christmas tree, to the gingerbread in the oven. From the Christmas presents. To the Christmas decoration from leaving the cookies for Santa. To wake up and see candy in your stocking. That Christmas joy that never ends, even when the snow melts. And the birds start singing, we never forget the bells ringing.
