Nervous Breakdown

I want to have a nervous breakdown but can't 

So what do I do instead nothing bc I can't even rant 

Rant and rave about this or that or how I feel

Bc according to everyone else their problems are more of a big deal

But what about me and how I feel or what I think 

But that don't matter to anyone else I just shrink 

But I have no choice to keep going and being ignored 

Please help me lord

I love my family that's why I deal with everything by hiding it

It's not a big deal to anyone else so here it is tongue bit
