Ken Mcniel Poem
I saw you then, I see you still.
Behind my eyes, it felt so real.
The look of your heart,
The smell of your hair;
It lingers still, a beauty so rare.
The ways that we talked,
The way that we danced,
The way that we walked,
Even just holding hands.
You've gone from my life,
So long now ago,
Still I am not ready
To hear you say, "No."
Locked in my heart,
Are memories of you.
Never again, I fear this may be true.
But so long as you're here,
As long as I breathe,
Behind these eyes of mine,
You're still real to me.

Ken Mcniel Poem
Look at what you've done to me.
Open your eyes and you will see.
Is it me or does it seem strange?
All the little ways I seemed to change?
I used to do drugs each and every day,
But now I can see, that it wasn't the way.
I now see that I chose the right path.
All I ever had to do was the math!
Look at what you've done to me.
Open your eyes and you can see.
Is it me or does it seem strange?
All the little way my life has changed?
All the times you've shown me you care;
I can see we are the perfect pair.
Honey, I love you!
In my heart, I know you love me too!
Look at what you've done to me.
Open your eyes and you will see.
Is it me or does it seem strange?
All the little ways I seemed to change?
