The Horse of Course

My horse
I look upon the fields as I walk upon the meadows
Nodding my head slightly making different shadows,
I am at my happiest when you ride on me with saddle
As I gallop through the mud and water to paddle,
Thanks for cleaning out my barn i know theres a lot to do
I can't do it myself I've only got hooves,
I know that I kick you when you decide to brush my hair
It's my way of saying I know you want me to look nice but I don't care,
Thanks for the carrots and the odd Apple or two
Can you get more red ones they're sweeter too
I didn't mean to bolt off in the middle of night
As you got drenched looking for me giving you a fright,
Sometimes i get mischievous and not want go to bed
I like to stay out and look at the stars instead,
So thanks for the pats and strokes you give to me
I would return the favour if I had hands you see.
My Horse

The Rabbit

My rabbit would say

I may not say a lot but be assured I'm thinking
I can stare at your for hours without blinking,
I know I'm cute and fluffy with ears so very long
I like to be cuddled in your arms so strong,
I didn't mean to chew through the telephone computer wires
It's my teeth that need to gnaw an instinct that never tires,
I'm sorry I bit you when you tried to clean my hutch
I was annoyed that you moved me and was I trying to look butch,
So when you feed me with lettuce and carrots in hand
I try to nibble fast as my big teeth can,
I may not look at you closely and say the words out loud
I really glad I'm part of you for that I'm really proud.
My Rabbit.

The Cat

If my cat could talk i wonder what it would say
With eyes of total wonderment and times of yesterday.
This is what I think my cat would begin to tell me now
If she had words and not of variations of a meow
I think your toes are mice as you snuggle into bed
Which is why I need to paw them make sure they're dead
I like to lie at the top of the stairs to look for potential predators
Not trip you up and fall over the bannisters
I know I meow quite violently when I want my food
But waiting more than a minute to me is simply rude
I like to hide drawers and other quiet places too
And drink water from taps and yes the bathroom loo
Thank you for being patient as you stand at the door to let me out
I simply can't make mind up whether to stay warm or go about
Just remember that I love to snuggle on your lap
Rub my head against your neck and lie to take a nap
Miss you even when you go out for more than an hour
This cat loves you more than the highest tower.
My cat.

The Dog

What your dog is trying to say!

I know I annoy you when I bark at delivery men
I'm just protecting my families den,
I like to lick my bottom especially when we have guests
I do this because I like to look my best,
When you say walkies i don't know it's you're saying
But I get excited anyways as we go out oh you're paying,
And yes I get stubborn when to go the vets
For me this is as low as life can get,
Everytime we go there i get thermometer up my bum
So yes that's the reason I sulk and so bloomin glum,
So even though you try and trick me and pretend to throw my ball
I will always love and protect you all.
