Veridical Poems

Lemon tinted phase
gilded skyline blown
by ethereal fused mist
eager bard imbued
opal dream flotilla
beyond tarnish while
flash point chariots
of gleam-well canvass
astir or astern perforce
taunt a hued vase
porcelain image fest
for stoic earthbound
soul’s cry parched
stoic migrant famish
sapphire plume ray
bounty veridical
pink chalk sketch
granule blush pots
pearl beam spur
to jumpy pilgrim
white elephant garb
drifter’s lull prone
metre of skewed
and barren glib
dull tossed aside
rambles and brambles
from cerebral quartz
grey quirky quill
nose twitch petrichor
glacé smelt rain
lava veined fillip
fervent fetal floe
ignited indigo inkling
as noonday nuanced
glance en dash
away from orange
peel cloud skies
toward spring rush
urban junction fare
as founding cue
for zeitgeist driven
western world eden

Tale of a Vainglorious King

Blinded by vanity
a king has no hope, only a pugilistic mind.
He speaks his urbane opinions carelessly
berating all others; he leaves their broken hearts behind.
Since he himself has no hope, he crushes the hopes of those he thinks of pusillanimously.
Such a waste, their hopes will never be refined.
This king, contrary to many other kings, was not thought of as volatile.
Not a soul, would I expect to be surprised,
In fact, they expected no other fact; they said he deserved credit through death upon exile.
Atop their graves, written on the tombstone, are words that penetrate so deep into you that you can hear their thoughts, which were not so much compromised.
All the while, the king is enclosed in his vanity.
Forevermore with a crown atop his grave
Along with the few remnants of his dignity
In addition to the veridical words
“A king, not so much, but a mortal man whose vanity couldn't save.”
I assure you, vanity is the bane
of this tragedy, so avoid it at all costs, for it will not diminish but will instead only exacerbate the pain.

Aero Medical Institute

Where we muster and flock as assimilator,
To imbibe the noesis as accumulator,
O’er this institute majestically,
And to nutrify our thirst magnificently,

Where we summon our metier and furnish,
Skills with the optimistic savvy and burnish,
The alpha knowledge of our profession,
And to inwrought our mind with passion ,

Where we unitely ascertain and acquisition,
The basics of our instinctive disposition,
As to acquire mere about pallor,
Worth millions of dollar,

Where we arrive and depart,
And fill empty spaces or apart,
Of our noddle so this fit as fiddle,
To solve and alleviate the medical riddle(s)

This comes veridical to Aero Medical Institute,
An organisation of infinite magnitude,
Of ethics, courage, bravery and fortitude,
So I pen and pays tribute and gratitude.
