The Mighty Minute Soldiers

Armies marching on their way to their conquest
They battle every foe like warriors of courage
They assail every threat like soldiers of valiance
Their harmony makes a mighty alliance

They pierce down deeply to make thier own base
They unite like brothers to take down their preys
They bond together to lift their heavy loads
They may be tiny, but are mighty in hordes

Their vision could foretell the blight of tomorrow
The save wealth so early to lessen the sorrow
For they know that those who save for the tough
Can count on themselves when the going gets rough

The Brave

Land of gold
Glorious Pearl of the Orient
There's a story untold
About warriors of valiance

They snatched victory
From the hands that prey
To conserve liberty
And preserve autonomy

The raiders of foray
Armed with guns and steel blades
Pounced forward in a hurry
On their way from their ships

But the brave warriors stood
They were willing to fight
No one could have thought
They'd triumph with their might

Armed with their wooden blades
They pounced through the waves
They assailed the surging tides
With the courage in their hearts

When the minds that invade
Met the hearts with courage
The mighty raider laid to rest
On the shore far from crest

Yes, they were the brave
Who fortified the gate
So the feet of foray
Could not land on the way

His chieftain's shine
Was engraved in his shrine
Where his glorious divine
Would be honored through time

In commemoration of my country's national heroes' day

Mount Zion

Helped us see beyond
Voyage through dream world
God gift to explore
Seen through the eyes of the river
Truth delivered
Fresh and clear
Our Lord love was found here
Through potter
Blessed our water
Through each stream
Painted me a dream
Colors of the sun
Radiates as one
Beauty of the mind
Seek and ye shall find
Sheer elegance
Within his presence
Our skin felt fair
Against the mountain air
Drew the images of the wind
Blessed within
Connect to each rock
Our love interlocked
Rose through impossible
Our Lord blessed us noble
Everywhere we are sent
I knew was meant
Justice was our guide
Our Christ has supplied
Strength of valiance
Structure of extravagance
Dance through the image
Rose to privilege
God special treasure
Unlike any other
United us forever
Thank you Father
Humble we may rise
Our Lord anointed our lives

Buddy Was the Youngest and Bravest of Soldiers

Buddy was the youngest and bravest of soldiers,
he left Richmond Hill and his adolescent dreams;
on European battlefields he fought and earned
valor in Argonne and dominated the combat with gallantry:
he was the boldest one, pushing forward and gaining ground,
never bared defeat in front of an assailant enemy!

Buddy was the most brazen of all and tried to hide his tears,
he saw too many bodies fall in the clashing, blasting harbor
and on barren hills: he was undefeatable with a tactic so clever;
he instilled battle trance in each fearful and unwilling soldier:
did those shouts of encouragement earn him ample honor?
He buried many of his comrades without white tombstones!

The Buddy statue stands out for its elegant style
and insightful awareness, and while kids play
around it, they look up in awe and admire
this young hero who wasn't an ordinary doughboy;
I have seen hoards of people stand before it and honor
him for his valiance as he feels sorrow for his comrade...
gazing down at the small cross that he put on his grave:
Buddy died for an ideal so precious, but fate wasn't fair!

Courage

In the bleakness of disparity, the opaque of the darkness shrouds the frailty of life, however the power of a stealth heart and a nimble mind now commands the preverbial stage

As this grotesque form of ugliness dances in the shadows as to have its will with ones own self , such fowlness doesn’t deter the bruan and steadfast wielding of the soult that quickly turns the page

It plays a rancid game as it cowereds in the black abyss of contemp , iron will falters it’s play and conquers it ever so swift and ease

The stain of disparity lingers and tries to confiscate the dignity with in , protected with a coat of arms of immaculate design, with this the day is now ceased

Cold and adbrubt it calculates its next move to release its stench of vulgarity, in turn a stout spirit brandishes total valiance of tremendous certainty to noch yet another victory

In the backdoor it try’s to slither it’s repulsive polluted essence, reaching deep in absolution brings forth a the truth of inner peace from this day til the end of history

On the Other Side of Rainbow

I stood still on the top of the mountain
Gazing at the nature's colourful fountain
Wondering what's behind this amazing rainbow
I ventured curiously on to every high and low

The Violet proudly presented the Valiance behind her Royalty.
Indigo proved that Devotion yields Power and Dignity.
Blue demonstrated that Wisdom is the outcome of Stability.
The Prosperity, as Green proved, results from adventure.
The colour of sunshine revealed that Hope fuels Survival.
Orange disclosed the secret behind the joy of Freedom - Commitment.
Red introduced Courage as the guiding force of Self-empowerment.

I extrapolated these rainbow lessons to understand the essence of existence
Then I was amazed to look at every bit of life's radiance

On the other side of the rainbow of mother's love, there was labour.
On the other side of rainbow of success, there was the waterfall of sweat.
On the other side of the rainbow of sweet dreams, there was bloodshed.
On the other side of the rainbow of independent thoughts, there was abuse.

On every facet of life, only one side of colours is typically seen.
But the brushes that paint them are surprisingly umpteen.

Premium MemberRandom Acts of Kindness

A mother struggling through daily burdens
Raises her son to be studious and intelligent
Without any funds for his higher education
When strangers raise enough to pay his tuition.

When a boy in poverty becomes an orphan
And sorrow triumphs with reckless abandon
Evaporating all options with nowhere to turn,
Adoptive-parents take him to a loving home.

A war-zone stricken with death and destruction
Neglects its injured in merciless environment
Till esteemed doctors arrive risking own lives
To care for wounded, volunteering their time.

When a natural disaster ravages entire island
And millions are left without food and water,
A volunteer chef sets up a make-shift kitchen
Feeding millions on the strength of his passion.

Random acts arising from selfless ebullience
Shine a guiding light of heavenly compassion
Delivering against odds with gallant resilience
Exemplifying valiance of strangers in action.

Premium MemberAn Angel

An angel

Her angelic aura came as a prize
affectionate heart kindled my soul
succored a subtle mind mellow wise;

She would often set a noble goal
for us to consummate and truly rise
Affectionate heart kindled my soul;

Aurora emerged into a bright sunrise,
Mured deep, candid traits of humanity
For us to consummate and truly rise;

Forbearance supplemented the fragility
In selfless sentiment, we were nurtured
Muted deep, candid traits of humanity;

Valiance in her core firmly structured,
Credence and perseverance twined,
In selfless sentiment, we were nurtured;

God sent me mother as I whined,
Her angelic aura came as a prize
Credence and perseverance twined,
Succored a subtle mind mellow wise.

Four walls

Sat destitute
within four walls
of her citadel,
Embellished in gold
and pricey diamonds,
Adorable silky cher
in vast ambit,

Waiting and waiting,
days after days
till the war will end,
For her prince to return
victorious, in jubilance.

Longing soft heart,
Abandoned in walls
of riches, dignity
kindness and valiance,
With no privilege
of freedom,
A tearful soul
eating her heart.

Not a mere breath,
She is an esprit
with subtle thrust,
She is an essence
beyond four walls,
That else embalm
and macadamize.

Valor is a better word

Valiance that invincibly fortitudes,
Anticipates its own unfailing courage,
Letting heart ignite the patriotic fire,
On boundaries proves the sanguine mettle,
Recognise and salute the chesty fearless.

Premium MemberYesterday's Acrostic

Yesterday is gone,
All my longings
My dreams crash and burn,
Troubles are here to stay,
Seemed that plight
So hard to endure,
Far from pragmatism
Away I always stay!

Now for sure
It ideally
Looks possible
As time authenticates,
Though anxiety still prevails,
They're my yearnings
Here I state
To my very being
Stay probable and achievable!

Oh Great Lord!
I need valiance,
Believe in you
In your approval,
Yesterday is gone !!

Serenity

Say the word
again,
and it is yours.
The plain
is wider than the mind,
consuming every fall.
Surrender breaks like dawning,
like the flowers in the night
that make no claim upon the light.
Just now,
no world may intercede;
you are at rest,
complete,
and peace proclaims its monarchy
upon a restless valiance.

And say no word at all.

Leaving Salzburg:Edelweiss

For what dreams do you bring us,
With your champions pronounced in deeds,
And how many maids wait with longings in between?
Bring us dreams of golden tomorrows dear Edelweiss.

How many have fallen for you high one?
Your royal stems, petals so noble,
Above us you flourish in wait,
For how do your dreams bloom for such feats of valiance?

Tell me Edelweiss,
How many brave lovers dare to touch your promise?
For who with a bosom full of hope do you give
In dreams of golden tomorrows, hopes so noble?

Oh Edelweiss leave me my heart,
Your rich favor in elevation of grace,
Ringing in my dreams do you torment,
With promises empty as the air you breathe.

Teacher In You All

As we aspire a new day
We believe we are all like you all
And as you experince another day
The consequence will demand a teacher in you all.

As we move on with the time
We retrieve we were once like you all
And as you live every moment
The foregone days will esteem the helm in you all.

As we bask under a bright day
We bawl out on your acts like clowns and buffoons
And you acquit with your innocence
The defiance will mentor the deity in you all.

As we versed the life, you ought to see
We still eke out where we dreaded once
And you address us withal obedience
The honor will armor to face the battle with valiance.

As we read on, we see we are just like you all
We are no teachers, we are also the students
What you experince from each day
Will praise the students a teacher in you all.

The Night Prowler

At peace midnight he blew his whistle
Down the street he walks alone
Followed behind by his own shadow
He makes the dark aware not to be lone.
There he steered by the chromatic moonlight
And fight against those felony psychs
He palisades by his valiance so intent
Yet he never abscises his pride.

Once he acquaints with the shadow of his own
And once he portrays the shush of the street
Once he co-occur with the beggars penury
And once he scouts the homing boozier.
He meets with the world unspoken by us
And augurs the dormant cursed by the veil
He is blessed by the mighty of his nous
And devour the dark by the power of his soul.

Beguiles his journey by the yowl of the owl
Enriched by the wrawl of the embryos
Befriendly he enured the life so perverse
Fruitfully he lives with the liberty of his own.
Followed behind his own shadow
He deserves the world to see all alone
Yet he never abscises his pride
Down the street he blew his whistle lone.
