Tyrannically Poems | Examples

I Can See Wisps of Mists

in the pupil of her eye
don't know if its lost or trapped
not sure if anything has moved
around her
hold a fleck in emerald moat
to stop from drowning
Jack seriously move over
Tyrannically Titan
----------------------i
----------------------c
maybe the wisps are dancing
maybe they are praising her
like that glint
of light
that refuses
to leave
holding on with tendril
fingertips
this poem never left her eyes
like me.

Premium MemberDesmond Tutu Born 7th October 1931 Died 26th December 2021

The iconic Desmond Tutu died, impish humor, feisty Archbishop, so revered,
As we lay him to rest, may angels embrace him, a great loss, much endeared,
A Nobel Prize winner, spoke out about Afrikaners, how they tyrannically reigned,
Reprimanded black political elite, tributes poured in globally, now he's mourned.

Premium MemberThe Chills I Get

Oh, the chills I get when he turns his presidential back!
On the thousands left to die in Afghanistan, what a sorry hack.

Reminds me of creeps in world history,
Who adored themseves, more than thee!

He would have been great,on Hitler’s team!
Which makes me want to both cry and scream!

Stop thinking he would never mandate killing.
He has millions who’d do it for him, more than willing.

A god, he thinks he most definitely is!
Wonder if he could pass the nuclear football quiz.

He can blow nations off this earth.
And tyrannically rule the USA, that is my dirth.

Neither the Constitution or USA rights, will need uphold,
Just mandate after mandate in that whisper,to both young and old..

I ask you, pray to God, for all please do?
As he propogandizes, nations and me and you!!!

Premium MemberThe Invisible Tyrant

Not showing up in blood work on me,
it freely reigns tyrannically.
Which cells is it in? Is it inside my brain?
It avoids detection again and again!

It was visible once, when shot in my arm.
The injector said it would “do no harm.”
What’s it turned into? Why has it not gone?
Results that it gives me just keeping going on.

I fight and I fight this invisible thing
so my OWN body again will be king.

Getting the Ninth Right

Normally stormily
Ludwig von Beethoven
bangs his piano, then
bangs it some more.

"Freiheit," not "Freude," is
anti-tyrannically
man’s right and duty and
that is the score!
