Laughter, Holy Love and hands by man's
Chances Stardust
Races still mistrust
in White Fire Star glows
Hatred yet still boils
Thunder and lightning
Man vs men
Angels and demons fighting
oh the man are talkin it over

Celluloid escape magic
to another reel life
perhaps with Sundance and Butch
or was it Mister Tibbs?
Hunkered down in the cool
darkness of an afternoon,
hands all buttery,
rocked within a theatre's cocoon
while learning the meaning of a Classic
or song and dance man,
the terrors of imagination,
mysteries of sea and sky.
Not a mirror of my life
but a myriad of human emotions
evoked by this still affordable luxury
that remains a great escape.
“Where’s Mine?
Where’s my grub?
They’ve got theirs –
Tibbs has nearly finished!
Don’t you love me?
Have you forgotten me?”
Never, Mog …
Never!
