Parody of
Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me.
By: Sir Elton John and Bernie Taupin.

I can't lie,
I wish your words were meant for me.
Seems your poems,
really touch me deep inside.
Whispered words,
that wrap around my broken soul.
You lift me up,
because you change the way I feel.

Whispered lines,
that revel the love within your heart.
Whispered words,
sweet as flowers on a vine.
You're not afraid,
to reach out in the darkness.
To touch a heart,
and chase away it's fears.

I hope you'll always be a friend to me.
You're someone special, as everyone can see.
The world a better place because of you.
Oh can't you see,
that losing you my friend,
is like the world crashing down on me..

I can't hide,
what your friendship means to me.
I won't lie,
I love the way it makes me feel.
You whisper words,
that encourage me to heal.

I hope you'll always be a friend to me.
You're someone special, as anyone can see.
My worlds a better place because you.
oh can't you see,
that losing you my friend,
is like the world crashing down on me..

Premium MemberNever Forget

Parody of
I guess that's why they call it the blues
Songwriters: Elton John / Bernie Taupin / Davey Johnstone

Don't ever forget
that day, that our lives were taken
let our people recall, how the towers did fall,
and the soul of our nation was shaken.

Don't stumble now
now that you've come so far
remember how, you stood arm in arm
united as one, filled with pride.

Don't let our deaths be in vain
cast out false pride
and remember our names
remember the mothers
remember the fathers
all of the lives lost on that September

Don't tell us that we died in vain.

Don't ever forget
that day, that the world was shaken
let the people recall, how the towers did fall
and the heart of our nation was broken.

Don't stumble now
stand up and fight for what's right
cause after all, if America falls
who will survive, where evil thrives

Don't let our deaths be in vain
swallow false pride, because we are the same
you are my brother
you are my sister
we are a family, made of all colors

Don't tell us that we died in vain

Premium MemberAmidst Celestial Dark

Billy my brother drifts on a plain
In my mind I still feel his hurting pain
I still see you Billy, seeing me cry
Dad it looks like Billy, he's saying goodbye

He tell me of places that no one has seen
Amidst the celestial dark amongst it's diamond screen
Where no one can sail against the luff
I still see you Billy, why has life been so tough

Billy my brother what would I see
Smiles on our faces once again when we are annealed
Still inside I cry and the reasons why
Billy your gone now, but your so nearby

Billy my brother what would I see
Smiles on our faces once again when we are annealed
Still inside I cry and the reasons why
Billy your gone now, but your so nearby

Billy my brother drifts on a plain
In my mind I still feel his hurting pain
I still see you Billy, seeing me cry
Dad it looks like Billy, he's saying goodbye
Dad he's looking down, there's tears in his eyes

Premium MemberNo Remedy

It’s a tragic time
When hearts do bleed
When a young man lies dying
By another’s hand

We storm highest heavens
Cries of lingered pain
Wave of tears descending
And solidarity yearns

Gone too soon
Too soon to die
There’s no good reason ever-ever
What wasted lives

And it’s no remedy
To this senseless game
See no one's winning
And the piper plays on
But it’s no remedy
No remedy
It’s no remedy today

Silent detestation
Follows the pain
Vicious circle appalling and hinders
There’s no finding peace

To change the pathway
Let the young ones see
No hatred will heal them
When sanity’s lost

Gone too soon
Too soon to die
There’s no good reason ever
What wasted lives
