Hello Nigerian youth!
How are doing?
I salute your courage
I salute your resolve
To take back your country
Bedeviled by evils of unimaginable proportion
That threaten and becloud your future
You are leaders of today
Making you believe otherwise
Tantamount to fraud
Say no to divide and rule tactics
A booby trap to keep you subjugated
Stand firm and say no to intimidation
Your strength is in your numbers
Your strength lies in your innovative spirit
Your strength lies in
Your youthfulness
Your strength lies in your resilience
Today is your day
Rise and take what belongs to you
Arm yourself with your PVCs
Vote wisely and repossess
What belongs to you
It is now or never!

TANTAMOUNT:
Whether by genes or by blood,
Whether by menage or by clan,
Whether by power or by class,
Whether by race or by nationality,
Whether by age or by gender,
We are all tantamounted inherently.
None of us is special above the other,
For we all have our unique qualities.
Everybody is yoked with weaknesses,
And with strengths... inseparably.
So why should I treat you wickedly,
As if I'm so much important than you?
And why should you mishandle me,
Based on animosity, like I'm a wood?
Well, we all came from mere women,
Into this world as slaves and poor men.
Where we battle to become freemen.
So simply, there's no need for disregard.
But we are required to render real love,
In order to groom the peace we have.
This is my personal opinion right now,
Equally, you too have yours in your hand.
Thank you...I'm out!

To you I'm a number
A census head count
A baseline, statistic
Not special
Tantamount
A blip on a radar
A bump in the road
I'm just human traffic
A bipedal drone
I'm only a age range
A line on a graph
A check with a Bic pen
A dot on a map
I want you see me
Know who I am
That I breathe,
That I'm tangible
Just touch me again
Show me you want me
Tell me I count
Not one of the masses
Not common

To Trump Was Tantamount
We read a blow by blow account
That never arrived at a fair amount
And the further into we all digged
Discovered system had been rigged
That to each fact was tantamount.

Rejoicing tongues taste a tripled fortnight of psalms.
Parched throats anointed with vintage myrrh
commemorate a solemn departure.
Hands reflecting no piercings -
Feet devoid of spiked reverence and divinity
expire within the jackal’s private Calvary;
a dark abyss strangled with misguided beggars
blindly choosing a Dante's purgatory for themselves.
For they shun not the light dispersing absolution - selfish claws
steal this lambency to illuminate the plight of their own wickedness.
Fiery angels rarely dance atop fraudulent tombs drowning in self-worship;
they are quietly reborn between clasped palms praising a resurrection.
