Once there were sisters in duet
a pair that were tough to forget
Their tap dancing was entwined
as their two lives always aligned
Rat a tat tat, rat a tat tat
kinda sounded something like that
Shuffle ball change, shuffle ball change
shuffling shuffles hard to arrange
First it was toys, then became boys
dance routines turning into noise
Decades spun by, twisted in beat
well worn tunes that seem to repeat
Life with children, illness and pain
plays out its old classic refrain
Tapping toe to heel, heel to toe
sharing small joys, letting them go
If life is a matter of fate
staying in step is no debate
Sense those feelings between sisters
see all the passion it still stirs

Harmonious is not a horrid homogenized concoction,
pulsed and blitzed in a blender mixer,
until the notes and flavors meld and gel set.
Instead it is a polyphonic pitch ensemble,
a juxtaposition of notes in counterpoint.
Chords, sounds, glissando's and voices
all intermingle as individuals,
balancing consonance and dissonance
in harmony.
When your world goes way out of tune,
discordant in cacophony,
clanging with noisy chaotic strife!
Get your harpsichord re-tuned afresh,
to sound notes of love, true blue, not bluesy bent.
Then your soul can be harmonious again
in rhythmic syncopating jam sessions,
adlibbing with your soul mates,
in a potpourri of flavors, savored
harmonious.

Music drifts down into the dim allies
A rhythm tune coming from every home.
Filled with the laughter of broken voices.
Like waves rollicking with the sound.
Cuban nights syncopating by stressing.
The familiar routine of daily existence,
Mystique meaning sharing in the living.
Parts of history claiming its presence.
The people are dying by politics defying.
All rights of humanity in the land to have.
A new religion of freedom underlying.
How Socialism and democracy can save.
More than having music and laughter.
To take their prayers to the higher rafter.

Ecopolitics of music appreciation and performance
is not about race,
other than sufficiency of syncopating rhythm and pace,
nor only about competing subcultures,
although this comes closer to my soul matter.
Multiculturing music resonance appreciation
is about ecopolitical range of emotion
acutely and precisely and overwhelmingly articulated
sometimes with dancing performance motions
appropriate to deep wise lyrical resolutions.
Rooted in my permacultural music appreciation class
of many multiculturing octaves,
when choosing my richest and deepest performing Voice,
I am inclined toward denser Chris Blues
over simpler Country-Western one-octave ranges,
devoid of EastCoast creolic jazzy gospel shakes and rocks
and rolling moves.
Probably for similar ecopolitical music appreciation reasons,
I would not choose to replay a dissonant Trump card
when seeking both deep and widely healthy WinWin outcomes,
especially when our choice
is for lead ecopolitical health-wealth Voice.
