Leap..jump...run,
Bend...bow...kneel,
Touch your toes - shake your foot,
Skip...walk...dance,
Exercise is good for you.
Climb a hill,
Climb a staircase,
Raise your arms,
Try the unusual swarts,
Exercise the stress away.
Mowing the lawn,
Watering the plants,
Picking the fallen leaves,
Riding a bicycle,
That's all good sweat from exercise.
Nothing fancy but consistent,
Nothing so intense but practical,
Nothing expensive but worth the effort,
Nothing sluggish but amiable,
Exercise is good for you.
O' slumbers o'er swarts realm rends the hawks,
Labyrinth town, lady o' night then gawks,
Man fumbles a hand,
Zipped lady attend,
Mouse scampers pass heels, a lady balks.
