And Christ was born
A babe
In Bethlehem.
Just Joseph’s son, they said,
And Pharisees
In ruthlessness pursued
His ministry to blind and lame and outcast
In the troubled streets.
Christ’s greater claim
Invoked their blinded hate,
Resolved they were
To see no more
Than merely man
On whom to vent their scorn and spitefulness
To death.
No more than man?
Then useless
He would die on Roman cross
And men were lost
And babe become
No more than sentiment
Exploited
By the trendy economics
Of a stony world.
No more than man?
Is not the infant Christ of history
The ever-living God
Come down to earth
To give his life
For us
By death
On Calvary?

Tip toeing on eggshells with a shut lip.
Crack, I heard. At my back I got a smack.
By daft accident I step on one. Why?
For spitefulness, I screamed and slammed the door.

Oh, the times I have regretted leaving you
Thinking about what I would do differently,
Wracking my brain for a better solution
To the problems that caused your bitterness
Eventually leading to my giving up on you.
Came the time when I could no longer abide
Your volatile and temperamental malignity
Which made my life insufferably unbearable,
So, I left behind the good times, and I fled
For my sanity, hoping to make a better life
Unfettered with nastiness and spitefulness,
Keeping in mind “beauty is only skin deep,”
How it takes two to make a relationship work.

You have two choices:
Splash me with tenderness
or splash me with spitefulness.
Whatever you decide
to batter me with
is what you’ll
be swashed with afterwards.

The wings blemish on the laminate panel.
The zany suit shudders at dainty muscle.
Sparkling splashes on abhorring emerge.
Brainless spirits shine over despot spurge.
Ill-mannered standards have been strengthened.
Wood chips were deployed to line neurally connected.
Despite laying the fault, she sparkles brilliantly.
Spitefulness, which to boot inclines daintily.
Extreme squalls will expect to be accused.
Humankind real pith has been frustrated.
Scorn and zeal linger at the core of tyranny.
Their pride makes the thin children hungry.
Tyrants grin as they savor their liquor.
Parroting raw decrees to the unhearing slicker.

This is not a cool character, but a distorted frame of mind
It always bring dissention, and it always guilty of the crime
It often breeds hate, because of it greedy state
It destroys friendship because it is the same as jealousy
Do not make any mistake to cover this foe
Hinder it and give it no space to participate
It can be very subtle or it can be ostentatious
So always be prepared to deny it when it comes to your door
This frame of mind is undesirable because of the malice
its relates
The deceitfulness, the spitefulness and the rivalry is no game
It is the epitome of a blinking shame
So when ever this character knocks on your door
Muscle it and hurl it into space
so that it will not penetrate your brain
and cause you to become insane

Eyes that see everything,
From which I can hide nothing...
Tell me what you see,
When you look down upon me?
Is it weakness,
Is it meekness?
Is it strength and boldness,
Or is it soullessness?
Is it selfishness,
Or forebearingness?
Is it brain and bliss,
Is it the innocence of a first kiss?
Is it the beauty of a sunset,
Is it passion no one could ever forget?
Is it the calmness of a babe,
Is it the fury of a tidal wave?
Is it spinelessness,
Or is it spitefulness?
Is it utter quiet,
I am what you made me and I cannot deny it.
I try to be and praise you everyday,
And in every single way.
I am who you made me to be,
And in the end I hope you are happy with me.

Second chance, I gave that to you
You did not compensate
You sing of penitence
Yet would not cross the bridge of redemption
So scarred through and through
What did not understand
Cannot penetrate
Why am the focus of your vile obsession
The object of your hate
What tear in the fabric of your youth
What cancer no love can heal
Make you so distort the truth
Make you so chameleon in steal
I know you will not answer
It would never come to you in prayer
Your faith is built on faulty labor
Wooing men to convince your heart
Of heaven.
Do they see yet,
Can they understand
The wounds you bind with tears wet
Is caused by your covert hand
What guile upon a gullible stage
What pretensive innocence before my rage
What jealous spitefulness
What pathological competitiveness
What metal twist of soul
I cannot understand
But somewhere in childhood's cavern
I know the demon rest.
