Dear Santa please bring me good news from all the world; that peace will be the future.
Bring everyone contentment, love and good health too.
In short, obliterate the horrors, in the world today; thank you.
Ring the bells of Christmas cheer; let them dance and sing.
They’ll usher in such joy and fun; gifts and songs galore.
Remember though to share it all; cheer is best when spread liberally.
WHICH WAY TO SPRING
Confused by season’s regress,
flustered Northern birds flapping wings.
I shake off the polar snow,
my coal black boots where blizzard clings.
Dressed cozy warm like Christmas tree,
A fir keeps me warm in Spring.

The travelling tides, wash away, all traces of human life.
Every few seconds the beach is renewed; sand castles are rebuilt.
Hoof and sleigh tracks, in the snow; The telltale signs of Santa’s visit.
Presents beneath a brightly lit tree; jingling bells in the distance.
There’s nothing like, waking up on Christmas morning.
