Oh joy! Oh bliss! Oh crêpe suzette!

MISSING EARTH

exclamatory eeks of terra ferma.
Oh meddlesome bother oh heartbreak!
extreme scripted screams: ah ah ahhhh, almost
a sneeze. a snodular lunicious decrepitabilty,
a blunderous crustacean of ineptabilty.

Zachery

Zachary
In my life, I've made mistakes. But your life, I could not take. For nine months, I felt you grow. Now your name, is all I know. please do not think that I don't care. It was all too much for me to bare. Now my baby boy, I must share. But to see them with you, I know their dream has come true.

Saints and Sin

I haven't drank in ninety days
Way to go you fookin' saint
You haven't killed in thirty years
But St. Zachary you ain't.

Her husband sells used broken cars
I get to kick the tires
While he gets soaked at all the bars
I'm putting out his fires.

I'm pleading down to purgatory
As Satan winks at me
Though punishment be mandatory
I'll not burn for perjury. ;)

With Me

Walk with me,
Look with me,
Back in time.

Who is there?
Me and Daddy,
You and Daddy.

Walk with me,
Look with me
Back in time.

Why are we there?
We are a family.

Walk with me,
Look with me
Back in time.

Why are you crying?
Who is lying there?
Daddy is lying there.

Walk with me,
Look with me
Back in time.

Who is here?
Allyson and me
Zachary and you.

Why are we here?
We are a family.

Premium Member Birthday Party

My family was celebrating my birthday number sixty-five.
Grandson Zachary, who as I recall, was about the age of five,

Asked me after I'd finished blowing out the candles galore,
"Grandpa, how old are you today?" His retort has become family lore!

When I replied, "Zach, today I'm the ripe old age of sixty-five!"
He became very serious and said, "Well, at least you're still alive!"

Loved One

As the tears pour down
In a harsh rain
The pool of memories
Fills and just as suddenly
Leaves a stain
Our pain shows like
Streaking lightning
Fear of losing this precious
One has hit our hearts full
Of shock It's frightening
Now gripping reality we realize
Our loss was great and
Our tears are many
Our memories are recapped
Plenty We will miss you
Dear one We will close your
Special book; only because
This chapter is done

Time

Have you ever thought? Actually sat in your own absolute solitude just pondering the vast wasteland you call your mind?
Time is but an excuse.
They say the heart heals with time, but I say nay,
The heart learns to deal, to deal with the pain that some call heartbreak and others call depression. Life is an incredible journey and you can’t let the little or big things knock you down you have to get up and show them you're better. What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.
