concluding, 'Woe is me!'
Open your heart's eye wide to see
What can I do ~ Where is my opportunity
Mighty wind blowing
Bringing with him tragedy!
Lines down trees on ground!
Mighty snow falling.
Digging out is hard to do!
Jared shovel that snow!!!!!!!!!
monotony of redundant days
disappointed breakfast face
oh woe is me oh woe is you oh woe are we
stories I have heard sixty-nine-thousand times
my trial of life
Woe is me-woe is me

what e'er the cost,
but in the end it seems
lovers so torn between
interfamilial
fueds, can be lost.
woe is me
something I never say
Or even think
I am standing by with a pen
anxiously waiting
holding my breath
sorry....
my mind is blank
and my muse silent
Truly there is no cure
For someone so insecure.
Truly there is no cure
For someone so unsure.
Truly that very someone is me,
For I know there is no cure for this misery.
Woe is me, Woe is me
The rafter in my own eye
forbids me to speak of
the redwood tree in yours
From this pain, there is no release
suffer I must, in total silence
Woe is me, Woe is me

Woe Is Me.
Against all odds I set out on love quest
Torn dirty clothes, a pair of worn-out shoes
Teary eyes, a broken heart in my chest,
This hurt never heals, that salve never soothes
Woe is me, for I am undone at best.
It's warm with clouds of grey. It might rain to my dismay. *Sigh* Why must the sun come now when we must go out of town? On thus fine day when I wish to Dine in the gaze of the blue crystalline skies? Oh Hark' woe is me.
Fell out of bed dis morning
Got up on da right side
Felt something bend
worried I hurt my pride
struggled through the night
and watched da lights go dim
that's when a man's friend
has got to stand up for him
Release the hounds
Call out the guard
Some simple fool
Crapped in my yard
Oh woe is me
Oh heavy sigh
Look at this poo
Piled a mile high
No words will help
No song be sung
Just tell me now
Who flung the dung
The One least likely to understand,
Was the One who knew the most
On broken knees, I cannot stand,
But haunt, do I, as wraith or ghost
The One least likely to be subtle,
Was as gentle as a Lamb
And, Oh! My emotions, deeply muddled-
Woe is me is all I am!
Painful shoulder,
A pain in the neck,
Sore arms,
What the heck?
Chesty cough,
Swollen knee,
Aching joints,
Woe is me.
Runny nose,
It hurts to sneeze,
Enough is enough,
I'm begging, please.
Feeling nauseous,
Pounding head,
Lack of sleep,
I'm going back to bed.
Sadden traumatize man
Embraced in his fears
His tears he is distress
He is a mess
Thrown in the chairs
Flow down tears
As dry eyes abrasioned
In his fears his heartbeat
whispers woe is me...

Written words by James Edward Lee Sr © 2021
You get a ghost inside the house
And all they do is groan
They terrify your kids and spouse
Complain a lot and moan
“Oh woe is me” their mournful cry
From dusk until the dawn
If they could give my life a try
They’d wish they’d not been born

As I turn off the light to stay in darkness, I contemplate the freedom of my soul.
It’s getting so lonely inside this bed.
Don’t know if I should lick the severed wounds.
I have to say “Woe is me!” instead.
The voices in my head keep telling me, “Jewels, you are better off alone.
Now turn off the light”.
Woe is me,
A stranger in a strange land of hate,
An eternal enemy to love and to trust,
Sorrow is my companion,
Lonliness is my mate,
Which of the two is my fate?
Open thy gates,
Thy wonderous Pearly Gates,
For outside i know only pain,
Can i love again?
Maybe tomorrow,
Maybe tomorrow.
Tickablee, woe is me
'Tis the blane of fantlee tree
Where buds of greenlee
Sweel and slerl
Magiclee whynd in fantlee curl
One tickablee just fell 'pon me
Ouch! i-vouch, i-pain to me
If I ponder as a perl
'Pon the highest fantlee tree
To breen a bud so green grandlee
Sweel and swerl, woe is me!

LIVING LIFE LOOSELY, I CHOOSE TO DREAM MY DREAMS LUCIDLY
LIVING LIFE LIKE ME IS DREARY WOE IS ME.
LIVING LIFE IN A DREAM, I'VE NEVER FELT SO FREE .
LIVING LIFE IN REALITY, SLEEPING SOLACES ME.
LIVING LIFE IN A DREAM TRANSLUCENT, HAPPY, AND GLITTERY.
NOW I SLEEP PEACEFULLY BECAUSE I'LL STAY FOR ETERNITY. - Maleeeon

When I was young and pretty
The men would pay me court
But now I'm old and wrinkled
They don't want my sort
When I was young and blonde
My figure was very neat
But now I'm so overweight
I can hardly see my feet
When I was young and gabby
I could dance the night away
But now I'm old and flabby
And lucky to walk each day
Oh, woe is me!!
