Chained
Windowless with only a door
I sit still, listening
Can they hear me?
Can they take the pain?

Chains, they mutilate!
Rubbing my battered flesh....

Less words
	in a windowless room
                  no use for my eyes

Humidity suffocating
	what is left of me

I hear the silence of evil
	poverty a state of mind
		a shiny gold coin

Turns a small man
	into a rich thief

Laughter the cause of death...

Nothing Happened Here
Windowless space screams
Feet spasm in betrayal
It's too late to change his fate
                                Chair pushed to the side
Life tossed away in the trash
If only the rope could talk...

Anatomy of Violence
The insider,
of a windowless room
outreaches a gun.

A signature assault
nips at your heels
in revenge.

Mind in a rubber sac,
in search of-
a real country.

A balloon thought,
soars high, towards infinity,
to snoop at the god.

You should have
myriad tears, for the
fallen,*Black Beauty from unknown.

The Dice
The dismal quarter of the
city in a nightmare.

A certain sinister cube of
a building,
a dingy windowless structure

but with some marks on each
side,
numbered one to nine.

Some people with no face
trapped inside,
experience every night the mournful
invasion of moving darkness

when the dice is flipped on
the playing board....

Despair
Despair. I am like a windowless, empty room. Bleak and dark i steal hope and give anguish. Distress i am to you. Lonely desolation. Like a cloak you wear me with great sadness.

Life In a Hot, Windowless Basement Dungeon
I sit and sweat,
My pain does swell,
I'm living in
this unholy hell...

Time drags,
Like my lamed foot,
that twists and turns with glee,
The pain so much unendurable
Has got the best of me

The silence
of the empty wallet
The silence
of the grave
It's been me that I have lost,
No longer am I brave..
Living in this rat-hole,
is like living in a cave....

Premium Member An Admirer of Nature I used to be
An admirer of nature, I used to be
‘til a storm felled my favorite tree

  Ever-optimistic, my always thoughts
‘til in my first real war I fought

Laid-back and leisurely, I once dined
‘til worn down by the workaday grind

Always thrilled to the sight of flowers
‘til I lived in a windowless tower

The world chews us up and spits us out
Heaven’s surely better, I have no doubt

Premium Member Last Train To Auschwitz
Train ride, in a windowless freight wagon,
rocked back and forth, with the clatter
and vibration as it snaked on the rail score.

Packed shoulder to shoulder,
overpowered by their own stench.

Separated from their families,
unfed, with only snow to eat,
cold, with only the bodies
next to them for warmth,
as the train traveled for days.

Resettlement to the East
It was not fully understood, why?

Keyless Entry

Lengthy corridors that lead to shrinking doors
surrounded by the closing in of walls
narrowing of purpose seeking escape

Windowless views of endlessness
masquerade as madness
fueling the fire of the madman

Scanning non-existent horizons
for silhouetted ghost ships
adrift on a troubled mind

Keyless, claw marked doors
unsure of what resides
on either side

Mosaic
Snippets of truth
come to you,
when you chase the anger and set yourself
on fire. An intimate slap of a fall guy
rages after the defiance.

You are no longer bleeding gold.
A windowless home
for the defiled, waits for you
at the end of the road.
The democracy has drained out all the symbols.

Behind the grain now lies the eye;
behind the wood now fire rages.
A stretch of pair on ethnic hills.
Wings unfold,
but light goes out.

Astonishing Rush, Night
I never believe that a smile could hurt you
And cancel all hiding like a superstitious fear
To be separated by both --
The hiding darkness & the question who's kidding.

Not questioning any smile allow my womanhood to cross
Over your body, she says, gazing into my eyes, and with the touch
Of my nerve and what I stand, I make you stand.
That's my love, isn't? A windowless that only it's rolling on
And it makes the breathe to explode into the spring!...

Living out loud, is being awesomely fearless,
Of judgements made by the internet crowd!

“Be you”, is a constant, pounding refrain!
And then, when you are, they think you are vain?

What a conundrum, for quite a few.
Kneeling to others’ social points of view.

A windowless prison on this lovely earth.
To sacrifice unique you…to please a few!

Sticks, Stones and Words
Sticks and stones
may break bones
Words pierce the heart
and stick to the soul

Sticks and stones
may scar the skin
Words saddle the heart
and sour the soul

Words are like arrows;
in the quiver
of a temperamental ruler

So powerful is he,
he had to be made small
So swift is he,
he must be fastened
to the floor,
held flat down,
behind double gates
in a windowless castle,
guarded by an army;
gleaming white as justice...

Entombed
A windowless mansion stands on a no man`s land
In it there`s a dark tomb made by my own hand
Here I`m buried with memories I treasure, here
I`m tormented by sensations of pain and pleasure
Every thought of you is a new brick in the wall
Images of fantasies decorate the haunted hall
I summoned angels, wished they lived with me here
But they turned into demons of jealousy and fear
Such sinister creatures know nothing of charity
The price for my pleasures will be my sanity...

Silent Light, Homeless Night
silent light
cast
shadowless
a homeless night
to lose your name
cold wind
across your dreams
lost between pawns
in the human game
blood falls
within your child’s tears
frozen moments
frozen years
empty eyes
shattered mirror tries
and a man
is left with only
questions
and maybe a scream
of what
does this all mean
no god walks across
these cold lonely gutters
under windowless
church walls
in where
a silent light does fall.

Sounds of a Day Dispersed
Clawing at the doors

Windowless shops barrage

Their straight images on printed faces

Bedsheets of yesterday grope

Seamless skin wondering

About moods and ruminations

Clouds unravel before they start

As thin toast barely starts the morning

The urge to shift settles groundwise

While gypsy radio pulses truncate

Asking for your improvement

And glide away before you start

I'm settling in the thick skin of dirt roads

That I know wind back around to the same path...
