Our names always rhymed,
Our reconnection well-timed.
Hoping you'll have me
As the one who sets you free,
The one you'll love divinely.

Crescendo

I know it won't take much
Just a well-timed feathery touch
For me so taut the string
To highest crescendo you'd bring.

There lived this kind, gentle poet who rhymed Her verses and jingles were so well-timed Then she tried simple free verse Lines that would’ve made saints curse Poetry formed with writing so mistimed
Form: Limerick

Time Captured

A well timed hamlet
ponders the evening sky
A graveyard still with silence
The hillside sinks slowly from view
Glaring clouds are driven
A procession of geese evades capture

The bluish cave
where the dying leaves blow
Great things are expected
As Autumn purges mindful things
Moistfull succuring
Time recalls the sad waters
lapping by lost villages

Weak Spots Ii

The rain and a sigh
The silence before a daring drop
A calm utterance of hope whilst sharing a prayer
A well-timed gaze

An avid expectancy
Followed by a tickle of surprise
A thoughtful offering
No money can buy

The word “adore”
Amongst a woodland wild
A deep kiss in cold places
The heat between eager lips

Literatures of fondness
Dismembering time and space
A lingering tune
With a poignant resolve
