i am happy
my bad days are coming soon
                                           to weed out peacocks

Delusional daydream

It was the perfect romance but it wasn’t real now I have to hold myself accountable for the things I feel and weed out what wasn’t real to heal

Premium Member The Garden

Have you checked the garden lately, weeds or flowers in the greens? Raking over anger stately, weed out all those plans and schemes. Pleasant deeds bring peaceful dreams. 5/13/17

STEADY

Heed then that voice that comes to call,
Weed out vain noise that pollutes all;
Dare make a choice to see the truth,
Live with firm poise in rise and fall.

Summer Vacation

I've waited all year
to hear that bell ring.
When I finally hear it,
You know I will sing...
HOORAY FOR VACATION
and GET READY FOR FUN!!
I want to do nothing
(but maybe lay in the sun.)
I want to hear crickets
and bees buzzing low.
I'll weed out my garden
and watch my plants grow.
If ever I've needed a summer to rest,
this would be the summer I needed it best.

Premium Member Our Extra Mile

We watch them try, to no avail
It seems somehow they always fail
Perhaps to help, we should prevail.

Our extra mile's worthwhile

A phone call may their spirits lift
Or, visit with a dinner gift
To help unhappiness to shift

Suggestions may compile

To help weed out the good from bad
Those things that make them very sad
Embracing those for which they're glad

Our extra mile ... their smile!

Time

As we travel the road,
of the future to come,
winding, and rocky,
back to where we're from.
Many a trial,
and many a test,
will weed out the mistakes,
so one can be their best.
Torment, and tears,
one is bound to endure,
just a reality,
this is almost for sure.
Control for some,
is their way of life,
until their captive,
sees the light.
Then, and only then,
will one truly know,
the reason for this journey,
as time will always show.

The Sun

I will aim for the sun
I will struggle to reside in the sky
I will face the toughest storms
I will stand firm when the wind blows

I will focus on the light from above
I will open my dark places to be lighten
I will forget the mistakes of my past
I will rely on the light that shines forever

I will plant new trees for the sun is available
I will weed out the intruder from my soil
I will clean my farm for speedy germination
I will smile as my sun watches me harvest each day.

Tame the Bushes In Them

The successful teacher
Sees in every pupil rough bushes
Dotted with flowers of the future

He guides the pupil to weed out
The witch weeds with hoes and cutlass
to enhance flowering and fruition

The successful teacher
adds earthworms underneath
for farmyard manure for growth

But those who fail in the job
add fire to the bushes in the pupil
what a lamentation for society follows!

Tame the bushes in them
the measure of success is simple
teacher deteriorates as his pupils rise
