Premium Member his role in life

scared of cats, dogs, frogs, voles, mice, snakes,
baby elephant jumped into a tree and held on
vastly amusing the little creatures
who had power over almost no one else
his role in life set

Premium Member big cats

Africa, India and Asia too
leopards can be seen out in the blue
scary up close, these spotted cats
a threat to small voles, mice and rats

on three continents these big cats are seen
if they are hungry, they can be mean
the females are the ferocious ones
their big teeth gleaming in the sun

Amazing Friend

She helps me with this and she helps with that
She helps me fix my poetry and
She is always there for me
She is kind gentle and free

She lifts my spirits when I am down
She is always around
She taught me voles and how they sound
She is my faceless friend

She is my

Premium Member Hedgerows

Beneath the undergrowth deep
Awakening from a winter sleep,
Hedgehogs stir in nocturnal nuzzle,
Uncurl their defensive puzzle;
Shrews,woodmice and voles
Quiver,and quickly desert their holes;
Badgers air the bracken couchette,
Forage for food around their sett;
Hustle,bustle in each earthly niche
To illustrate nature's pastiche
Midst hedgerows of yesteryear,
To preserve,protect and hold dear.

Premium Member Killer Whales Bees and Dogs

Killer whales but do they actually kill?
Killer sharks; I have seen Jaws. I am a believer.
Killer bees. I do not want to know.

Killer cats? I can picture them now. Eating the heads off
Like they do with mice and voles.
Killer dogs?
Are you kidding?
Mine is sitting in my lap.
A Great Dane who outweighs me.
The only way he would kill someone would be if he rolled over on them,
Wanting them to lollygag and play.

Story

What has words has voles into what into what I say may come in the month of May. To see what happens can be deterred. So I tell to a future in love can come soon.
I well rise soon to my time and there is something I wish for you. Can you ask?
Can you do or is it still to soon? I call thee to my soul. Bring happiness to the world for the holy is to rise inside the light. When the time comes all thou shell art in the world

Rural Glimmers

In the country, we do not have city shine,
we have luster,
we have the glimmer of voles,
the fumes of turbid crawlers
under the slow burn of iridescent woods.

We who night-watch
see from sunken waters,
gather light from luminous cisterns.
We understand black;
how it sheens the clapper claw.

On the pitch of the concealed
a country ken leads us to a quickened vision,
we see as a horse sees
fleeing from a fire breathing barn.

Premium Member Halloween Tree

The hallowed hollow tree in October was excruciatingly alive.
There were apartments that numbered more than twenty-five.
There were owls and squirrels, rabbits, voles, and moles too.
Dressed in Halloween garb, challenging each duo to a boo.

Elaborate costumes were put on the young and the old.
Some were dressed subtly, others outrageously bold.
Dancing and partying went on in the hallowed tree tonight.
The tree was as happy as it had ever been on an October night.

The Owl and the Wizard

The Owl saw the vole and thought there is my tea
The vole saw the owl and thought he better recognise me!
Now Owls they are a.wesome and Hedwigs the be.st, But a vole for your tea is sim.ply the be.st.
with a swish of his tale and a fast speedy dive.
The voles life flew before him, as he thought he would die
But as quick as a flash and a loud sounding bang Sirious black appears out the ground
Now Hedwig loves wizards but wishes they would stick to the shapes that don't taste so good.
