My Only Property
You're the reason why it throbs like this
Heart's quivering,beating like drums
Saying come on take my hands
Breathlessly vacated
Going lunatic
Like demising
Adoring
You're mine
Girl....

While Waiting Trump Was Hesisatating
While Waiting Trump Was Hesisatating

He first waited and then had hesitated;
On Trump golden shower was urinated;
He was  behooving;
Experience moving;
Constipated and nothing could be vacated.

THE END OF A FAIRY TALE

Once upon a time, the royal throne room -
buzzing with birds, bees, a princess and groom,
urinal and pot,
where they’d have a squat.
Vacated royals - posited stench-bloom.

When we do realize that they are related;

Desire to kill;
By prfoits NRA is always being motivated.

Came To Conclussion Mass Confusion
Came To Conclusion Mass Confusion

Could be that we came to conclusion,
With Trump can see much confusion,
Promulgated;
He vacated,
After being disturbed by his delusion.

Jim Horn

Oh say can you see so much confusion
with Trump seems to be part of our
National Anthem....

clean carpets fresh scented
unembarrassed for guests
sticky reside unglued
cracker crunches undone
hallway empty of echos
painted fingers faded fast
toy chest passed on
clatter and laughter gone
mother's tasks snatched
unessential, unemployed
home vacated, heart void

In the end, we were there-not there,
two present absentees
sharing an apartment vacated by a relationship
and the worst kind of loneliness -- feeling solitary next to someone --
partners in the crime of abetting mutual misery,
though neither of us can really be linked
to the crime scene, can we?

We’ve got each other’s alibi....

Quality
Mistake and Regret are my old friends
but I seldom carry them along.
Vanity and Ego, though not so old,
have recently bonded strong.

I tend to forget Gratitude's grant
Liberal has lost approbation.
Patience vacated my house for long
Arrogance has claimed possession.

Wish 'had nurtured Humility
been cordial with Amity,
but worst of all, how could I brawl
with a pal like Humanity.

Requital (Novelinee)
When nights are cold and there is naught but pain
and hate and fear are kings that reign supreme,
the cruellest wind shall bring a bitter rain,
can paradise be more than Man's sweet dream?
Vacated hearts behind the guns of war,
their blinded eyes cannot see love nor trust,
with souls out cast by grace for evermore
the deeds of rage are found in death's foul dust
yet still they cry, the gods are never just....

Xiv: Forced Excursion Again
Sir –
Late in the noon as usual
Came the vergers with the sharp bells
(Prof, a roused lad saw not the Vicar)
Announcing another blessed excursion;

Of course, Sir –
The endemic hubbub
Reigned in the nest
To be vacated in a hurry;

And the piecing bells
Hinted of the swords in the rafter
Plunged in full poise by pig-watcher
(Prof, a roused lad saw the inscription)
‘Flee, meet the siren at midnight else!’...

Premium Member Explain To My Heart
Explain to my heart the reason
                You ripped it out and stomped on it
It gave you a comfy bed, in a room, well-lit
                 Explain to my heart the reason
you vacated; your home, season after season
                 Do tell; what great injustice did it commit?
Explain to my heart the reason
                  You ripped it out and stomped on it

Premium Member A Dated Date
Dating’s so dated
He lately related
From a date he dated
Who arrived belated
Named Candy Dayt
A mate candidate?
Who on their first date
Ate eighty eight dates
Straight out of a crate
That doubled her weight
And looking inflated
Which can’t be debated
He wasn’t elated
Which he quickly stated
And later orated
That eighty eight dates
Ate straight from a crate
Is much too dated
And dates on dates
Should be vacated

tall
     bearded
          introspective
               kind

he came unexpectedly
     tendered his book
          then sat waiting
               for our offering

stayed for poetry
     meshed with the band
like a soft, quiet rain
     on a warm summer evening

vacated his spot
     with no fanfare
but in our anthology, a legacy

a song of love to Catherine
     You Are My World
a collection of Haiku

and in his book
a touch of peace for a moment...

Travelogue
Was it my fault
you lost your diamond earrings?
You said so.

A dozen hotel mornings,
packing again,
trying to meet itinerary deadlines
tightly coiled, breathless
hungover.

I might have scooped them
into a hotel room trash bin
in Rome, Geneva, Paris, or London;
you drop them anywhere,
or you may have left them
in one of a dozen vacated bathrooms.

Not that I am accusing you.
Try to relax, we are fully insured
for unforeseen eventualities
including divorce....

Graduates Miracle Man 5/5/2024 Your unknown future, lies directly ahead. From vacated nest, to now earning your bread. life is now a ladder, you’ll start to climb. Every chance to excel, should become your showtime. Your experience starts you, at the very bottom rung. Most days become routine, another song verse to be sung. Always moving upward, is the name of life’s game. You cant climb a ladder, with both hands gripping the same.

Beggar's sign: "Since I am invisible to you, here's my hat for you to ignore."
Beggar returns to find his cap overflowing with coins.

Because people, willfully blind, neglected the vagrant's form?
Because coins in a vacated hat are droplet weapons of scorn?
Because people guilty seize the chance to better someone's life,
                bleak, forlorn?
Bits of silver
             detached from the heat of quarrel.
             Unseen acceptance,
             a worn-down laurel....
