Slip

And in that darkness
when i am blind
with what i can't forget
the shivering cold prods
at the numb
with ill effect
lies give the darkness substantiate
carnivorous hunger
fed on crumbling memory
truth slips its sabres edge
in lies unmovable

Time! Those minute and
Angular grains...
Wherein, subscribed to
Each hypothesized increment
Forever,
All supposedly contain
A singular ticking second from yet
Just another incumbent
Universe:-
Man's futile attempt to try and
Feebly explain
That which only the
Great Unmovable-Mover
Can truly measure!

The Time Is Now

Get ready, get ready
The time to stand steady
Unmovable, always abounding
With faith in God around me
The time is now
Don't ask me how
Not tomorrow or later
No time to be a waiter
So be willing be ready
God needs the faithful
God needs the grateful
Who knows and their works is ready
Not asking how
For the time is now

The Locked Gates

She walks to the door of the inn
Her hands in her pockets, frozen
Through the ice and snow she trudges
To the gates of her home
But only to find them locked and her feet are slowly freezing
Her hands are unmovable
And she refuses to move for she is scared of death
Crying in her sleep at night in the snow, the girl, she has no home
Form: Verse

Tear and Smile In Equal Measure

Her face brings tear and smile in equal measure
Death weeps at thoughts of her loss
Free myself from deaths unmovable grasp
to never say goodbye
Twisting time
With frays
That beckon her beginning
Silence licks his forked tongue
Anticipation blooms and dies
Forever forms her eyes
Truth hides in shameful shadow lies
now leaving life for more

Fragility

An olden soul
In the body
Of a freshly born bird

Vitality pours from her heart
Onto her chest
Spreading to her limbs

The mountains around her
Stand tall and unmovable
The clouds dance
To a song that fills the sky

Awoken but not prepared
There is no choice but to continue
She must find peace
With only stripes of sunlight
Shining through the demons in her soul

Oh furry fan, you leave an
indelible paw print upon my heart.
Your devotion, unmovable as a
mountain, is ever true.
You look at me with adoration
yet it is I who learn what
faithful love is.

Your rock of loyalty never wavers
amidst the shifting
sands of life.
As I pet your fur with utter joy
I would not trade this moment
for all the treasures on earth.

His Story, Our Story, But Only a Little Bit

Nailed on the cross
He carried
Lived his life on God, His Father's, terms

And buried in a donated tomb
He rose
Living word

He forgave
And He bled
And He loved

That was yesterday
Today He whispers Bible verses
Of comfort and consolation

A man and a woman
Joined in Holy Matromony
And our Lord is the middle unmovable string

A braided rope
A Cord
A connection never severed

Him

His heart is whole
but without cracks
he smells like home
and loves with his soul
but not without cracks
he makes you smile on dark days
and loves with his soul
even when he is lost from this world
he makes you smile on dark days
takes you in
even when he is lost from this world
he never lets go
stubborn as a rock, unmovable
he smells like home
and for a second you feel whole because
his heart is whole.

The British Crusade That Ended Slavery

From the beginning through all of our ancient civilisations slavery was an aspect

Until the arise of the irresistible force which removed this unmovable object

For in 1066 the law of the land, the England, forbade the ownership of man

Blockades of the Union Jack’s command
And today in this freedom we all stand.

Authors Note: Because Britain went after the impossible and people have no idea it happened.

Sometime People Leave

Sometimes people come into our lives
And leave unmovable imprints
They introduce us to new things
And inspire us
To dream greater
You’re my best friend
Now you’re leaving
Although I want to wish you well
Sadness fills my heart
Because I never thought we would be apart
Maybe some day
Our paths will once again cross
And our memories I will forever treasure
You have brought me happiness
But I know we must part for now

What I Like About Your Music

I like your music because it came from your heart It touches my soul when i heard it from the start Every lyric was marked in my brain Just like an unmovable stain Your music makes my day complete I listen to it while walking in the street One more thing i like about your music Is that you sound very angelic The melody and the arrangement Blends with your voice that makes it perfect Your music i cant resist Its number one in my playlist

The Long Dead Life

Looking in the mirror
Dead eyes blunted and wasted
A broken face scarred and withered
The smile a whisper of sand on a ocean desert
Tiny downward curves mirror either side
A face of abdication and abandonment
No fight left, no warrior left standing
Time pushes me backwards to stumble over life
Long spent tears and love curdled
Once unmovable now unmoved
Rejecting the image in hateful disdain
Pity for the life betrayed
and mourning the long dead life

Reading Your Thoughts

its beautiful that in all the pain that readily surrounds,
there is a calm sound, as your eyes glance around
reading each line you settle down,
but only in the mind cause theres actions all around.
turning up your frown unraveling your feet, you get down,
i won't let this reflection get me under the weather now,
lifes skipping up and down, but i'm water,
quenching thirst as i drown, a new person i'm now,
unmovable as flow keeps me bound to a rhythm thats
profound.

She laid there not disturbed in her stillness The frame of her body she touched warm She lie there physically asleep breathless Her soul lives on hole in swaddled flown She is stilled alive in the bosom of the Father Forever present is instilled in the Father She laid there not disturbed in her stillness Unmovable unto me physically sleep breathless Truest self alive with the Father INSTANTANEOUS

The Reality Addiction

In there i am so lost
i find the second between my next heart beat and last
Playing on repeat all the moments your eyes smiled at me
And the unmovable grasp on those memories
A terrified child never letting go of his mothers hand
Stars and universes held in tiniest fleck within your gaze
A drop of time from your perfect core
Drunk on your eyes
I amble through the crowds of shadows
that only amplify your light
Unable to deny the freedom of your surrender
and taste the warmth within

Flags

Leave these ships with the big
white sails that hardly are wobbling.
Leave this cry of the gulls full of
 alarming
longing – let the lungs swallow the wind
 coming.
Leave the eyes, let them travel beyond
 the horizons –
 falling leaves.
And find that angle of the time – of
 love
when “Here and there does not
 matter”*
and that grief which hollows out the air
 becomes the jump,
 becomes wing beat,
the water deep in the tank,
the entire while of moving unmovable.
 Flags!
