Unlovable

I am unlovable

If we are the sum of all our parts
I am unlovable
My parts are broken
Dark and dingy and twisty
The sum of my parts are jagged
And I am unlovable

Kinds Of Heart

Fickle heart
    is a woman's vulnerable feelings.
Hopeful heart
    is believing the impossible.
Faithful heart
    is believing the miracle.
Loving heart
    is loving the unlovable.

Unlovable

Hyperventilating on the bathroom floor
Nobody hears
Nobody cares
If I were to just stop breathing
He wouldn’t be there
I call for help
But not even a breathless me
Would make him come running
And that’s what being unlovable is like

Love Begets Love

Those who love
Are loved by the Most Loving
Love the unlovable
Share your blessing
Give alms to the poor
There's wisdom when you forgive
A good understanding when you forget
Love those on earth
Then we will be loved
By those in the sky.

Love

Lonely, a lost and weary soul
Unlovable to say the least,
Yet I let myself believe, oh no!
In love, that most foul beast!
It always rips out my heart
And shreds me into scattered pieces.
I should have seen from the start
What so-called love unleashes.

Unlovable opinionated Mr. Crow struts around like he owns the town
We love seeing him, he is always in a blue mood, his beak in a frown.
He owns the largest oak tree if you ask the other birds and me.
The rest of the crows dare not land on Mr. Crow’s protected tree.

Judge Not the Self Condemned

For you also
will be judged
for loving
the unlovable
for hating
the unhateable
for teaching
the unteachable
for wanting
the unwantable
for desiring
the undesirable

in someone elses eyes.

It's your life. Live it the way you want.
Who cares what people think.

Kindhearted, Gentle and Forgiving

For Dane Ann's Kindhearted contest(Thanks for the challenge)

Love me when I am sick, blue and unlovable
Hold my hand when I am afraid
Talk to me when I am quiet
Listen when I want to talk
Don't push when I am slow
Run across the meadow by my side
Wipe my tears when I cry
Never leave me!!

Bring You Down

dont look at me
please turn away
I will only disgust you
and make you cringe
you will hate me
in due time
just like the rest of them do
I am unlovable
I am invisible
and I will only bring you down
run away from me
far and fast without looking back
I am nothing but darkness
and I will only bring you down

Unknown Artist

what's in my mind
for long i am trying to find

memories of strangers
love of two unlovable
story of mistakes
poems of romance
kisses and scars
fear and pain
darkness with tears
separation and brokenness

uh!oh is everything a trash?
a materialistic mind popped
wow still life is beautiful
the artist inside him smiled

unlovable

do i not deserve to be loved
or has love grown tired of me

perhaps grief knows my name
better than love ever did

for whenever something reaches for me
i find myself pulling away

as though being kept
is something i was never meant to know

as though every hand
that tries to hold me

was only ever meant
to be let go

Romantic Thoughts Are For the Heartly Sound

Sweet goddess I feel like I'm being driven insane
By these thoughts that reside in my mind
They are soft and comforting, so beautiful and intimate
Yet unreachable, so far away
Am I unlovable?
Am I not to feel another women's hand in my own?
Why do none come forth when I call out
Why am I alone in this place while everyone has their lover

Premium Member Not Resolved

Really we should Realize
Everyone needs to be Engaged
Sometimes with a Sense
Of responsibility to Others
Looking after Lonely people
Unifying those who are Unlovable
To some folk who have no Thought
Indeed for other Individuals
Other than themselves, how Obnoxious
No sympathy is shown Nothing touches them
Sorry to say there are many Such people

Premium Member So Now What

I befriended you when you were unfriendly
I loved you when you were unlovable
I trusted you when you were untrustworthy
I chose you when you didn't choose me
I stood up for you when you left me
I laughed at your jokes when you weren't funny
Why did I do that?...............

Because no one is perfect and……
Neither am I so now what?

Forbidden Love

Curly blond hair staring at the sun
Striking blue eyes facing the darkness
The shade, the pain
Looking at the unforgettable
The unseen, the unlovable
She has found her feet stuck in sadness
She has found her heart chasing her love
He holds her happiness in his hand
He holds a tear in his eye
But the blond-hair-blue-eye girl...
She has a waterfall streaming down her face

Premium Member Love Broke Through Hurts Shell

I was left wounded and broken to the core,
Love was a myth; I felt unlovable as well.
I didn’t think I was worthy of anything more,
I was left wounded and broken to the core.
You showed up out of nowhere, I opened the door.
Your love for me broke me out of hurt’s shell.
I was left wounded and broken to the core,
Love was a myth; I felt unlovable as well.

Premium Member Her Life Is About Making Money

Sticky unlovable gold holds her captive next to her crystal ball
Her life is all about making money; everything else squelched.
She reads fortunes with a plastered smile, pretending she cares.
Keeping her abject sadness to herself, eager to return to her home
So she can drink her sorrows into oblivion after she hands her man the money
A life chosen by her parents, one she will leave gladly upon death.

Lady Sleep

Laying, aching for sleep.
Waiting, hurting too deep.

Lady sleep gently wraps her arms around me,
Skin soft as the warm summer breeze.
Painting her delicate face to me,
Burning, instilling permanently.
My perfect reality.

Illuminating the intangible.
Touching the untouchable.
Loving the unlovable.
Making real of the fakes.

But she comes and goes everyday,
a thirst that can never be allayed.

Love the Unlovable

love the unlovable,
when its time to let go,do not cry.
loosen you grip, divide the fingers,
and wish them well
for you were the only person who opened your
cold bones to the untrusting thrones
of the unknown.
giving so unselfishly,
while wishing them the best
while on this cold,
not in your control journey
you fed them the best knowelege
know watch them walk away
no thank you's,no hugs,
love the unlovable

What More Do You Expect

He forgave the unforgivable,
Loved the unlovable,
Helped the ungrateful,
Taught the unteachable,
And reached the unreachable.

He befriended the friendless,
Gave hope to the hopeless,
Worked with the clueless,
Guided the sightless
And defended the defenceless.

Yet you let him sleep on a rug
And never give him a hug.
You even teach him to beg.

You must be some sort of mug
To expect any more from your dog.

A Broken Heart

My heart still love him, my oppressor. Is it because of self-preservation why I love
him? Or Is it because I truly love him? I believe the latter is so, because I do not love
him of my own accord - God made me love him... the unlovable. But he does not love
me, even though, he ran after me. Why all that effort? I do not know. All I know he
is no longer chasing me; therefore, he stop loving me. Hence, my heart is broken.

Construction

She took her heart to the repair shop but they said it was not fixable

So she thought she was unlovable because he had told her exactly what they had said out of frustration

He was tired of waiting for her to take another step

He didn’t know that the more he pulled the further she pulled back within herself

Because the last time she took a leap of faith she jumped too far and he was nowhere to be found

p.s. she is still working on herself…

Justice

You have no rights
You must remain silent

Everything you think and feel
Will be held against you
In a court with Laws
But no Justice

You may not speak to an Attorney
Nor may you seek counsel

When you are found guilty
By a jury without peer
You will be sentenced
To be unloved and unlovable

This sentence will be carried out
Thoroughly and quickly

You may not appeal
The court will not hear you
You have no rights
You must remain silent

The Challenge

It’s so easy to love the loveable
Those that smell wonderful
They are well spoken
Mannerly
Have the same religious beliefs
Political beliefs
Possibly close to the same economic status

But what of the unlovable
They may smell offensive
They may be too loud or too crude
Rude
No religion,
Conflicting political views
Poor and without status
Dressed oddly
And quite possibly scary
And outside your norm

Whatever you do
To the least of these
You do unto Christ
Does that make it easier
