How Can One Recant a Kiss
How can one recant a kiss,
Or disignite a spark?
One might as well unhook the stars
And stumble in the dark.

T would be ill-favored to withdraw
So grand a thing as this,
Let passion play without regard
And forever hold, the kiss....

Premium Member He Stuck His Tongue Out At Me
"He stuck his tongue out at me.
He made the symbol of a gun.
He pretended to shoot me.
This is NOT OKAY!”

This is being yelled to my back.
As I try to unhook this child from a fence,
So, I can lead seventeen children into the school.
I want to stick out my tongue at her, and she is a teacher....

Me and I
I: The timid walk.
   To the exposure of mock.
Attempts to unhook the invisible eye,
   Where am I ?
Me: Infinite warriors under the sea.
       Fetching help; be free.
Al lost, for that intangible fee.
       Do you remember me?
My: My keen ardour,
Left alone in the very core....

Punching Bag
Punching Bag

Revile Men who gloat and brag
that wives are their punching bag.
Deplore women also, who mull
wielding Tool to "castrate the Bull!"
Husbands and Wives, alike
must unhook from Anger's spike!
For, both need each other 24/7
and, must not be parallel like 11!

Premium Member Vacationing in Saint-Tropez
He vacationed with his girlfriend in France,
Where, on the beach, he averted his glance.
Ignoring all the heat,
He kept cool and discreet,
While he carefully adjusted his pants.

'Twas praiseworthy how he tried not to look.
He cautiously put his nose in a book.
Big and itty-bitty,
What he missed, a pity,
'Til his girlfriend said, "please help me unhook."...

Breakthough
Take a call and bring
the upside down.
The desire becomes supreme.

Are you going to redeem
for the lost empire ?
A musk deer will start

the scent-marking.
This was the price of
insecurity in the mob.

Unhook the wounds.
Life will give you
a new pretext to die.

It was an ordinary name.
No prefix and no frills.
You were ready to become anonymous.

Deaths Carriage
I pull back the curtains
And out I look
There lay a carriage, oh yes, I’m certain
Suddenly, I hear a knock at my door
So the lock I unhook
The door i open
Standing there, a figure
A creature of great lore
Grinning, deceptively it hands me a paper and a pen
It’s come for my soul I begin to figure
“I’m not ready” I begin to plea
Yet, from death there is no where to flee....

A page is nothing without a word.
Urge the verb.
UNHOOK THE LATCH.
Set the tenses ABLAZE.

Get the NERVE.
TO OBSERVE. THE FURY OF THE FLURRY.
Allow THE MINGLE.
Build the FENCES THAT CONNECT THE
SENSES.

BUILD SETS OF WORDS.
SEND TENSES TO SENTENCES.

ABOVE ALL FEED THE MOTION WHICH
PRODUCES THE URGE, WITH FUEL.

The Catch
With a wide-eyed grin he slowly dangles his catch
a silvery tilapia- first of the first batch
gingerly gripping the slimy water dweller
to unhook the hook on that unlucky feller.
Reaching out graciously, tactile and slim in form
tiny fingers picking a squirmy little worm
a beautifully presented live dinner bait
for some sweet and sour fish on his glass dinner plate....

What Is a Grook
It could be a granny who is a crook,
or a gigantic fish caught down by the brook,
a hearty german stew you like to cook,
or how about a great person you read about in a book.
or possibly the theory of gravity when you unhook,
or the gravitational pull when you get a certain look,
or maybe that lost packet of gravy found in the nook?
I guess its mostly used for poetry but I thought
I'd take a second look.
