I'm a color guard mom,
I am honored and proud,
Cheering and very loud.
Dancing in a routine,
Stretching every body part,
Toning up muscles are smart.
Glitter girls are so sweet,
Moving flags to the beat,
Catching the flags are a treat.

Pretend, exaggerate, give up on the straight line, accept to live off kilter?
Do we stumble until we fall?
Or, does true love simply out live us after all?
