HUG'M NOW

Poet's Note:
This is the personal tag on my car here in California. It is also my philosophy of life. Ha!
Everyone knows that a turd is a turd... is a turd ...is a turd; untill someone slaps a high price tag on it, and then they'll find reasons to like its distinctive smell.
Personal Tag
There’s a personal tag on my car
It’s a stand out in my repertoire
It suggests ‘HUG’M NOW,’
And it must be highbrow,
For the source was our friend NPR.

In idle pleasure he spends aimless days
A waste of time, no motivation.
He shows reluctance to divine design
His tag on life: no destination!

Our tax they win it now
rub the law in iniquity
buy and sell but can nay say how
so an odd act of equity
see the tag on a not fed cow
try to sue; jab in unity
a big axe to get a bow
for all to ask the quality
the hot tar and wax now felt
woe to the sir on dry belt
hit and tow the raw app to melt
for all to see and reply
the bad and the low, all ply
top to rat, now out of supply
I run out to see the joggers.
The prettiest one screams.
I am not scary! I think.
A mean old one is blaring a can that hurts my ears.
I run back into the thicket.
What is wrong with these two-leggers?
Do they not know I only want a bit of food?
Dang! Here comes that uniform guy with the badge.
The one that shot me in the butt and put a tag on me.
I crouch down low. Wishing he would go away.
He is ruining my visit with the next set of joggers.
Don't go weeping at my grave for I'm not there
I've a date with a butterfly to dance in the air
I'll play tag on the wind so wild n free
Waiting for the day you'll play with me
Your life was a blessing, memories a shared treasure
Your loved beyond words, missed beyond measure
I held your hand as you took your last breath
But had to let go and let you leave with death
I'll never forget you, your smile and touch
Go fly with all those Angels you love so much
The wicked lay trembling in the presence of her mighty roar . In the midst of the wicks crafty , deceitful ways it is laid to waste by her mighty discernment in their haste . The mighty men of injustices brought down by the meek , humble . For those who love , desire her . She guards diligently like a mighty lioness . She isn't a thing you can place a price tag on for she enhances , enriches the poor . In all the riches in the world there is no higher than above wisdom herself .
On looking through the window
A humorous sight I'd seen,
A quartet of lively ewes
Were playing Tag on the green.
Leaping over twisted logs,
Around the rocks they skipped,
Sweeping round the bendy field.
Down and up they dipped.
Butting heads and locking horns,
Bumping each other in the side -
( I think if I was one of them
I'd be terrified! )
At times it looked violent.
But it's their way of having fun.
What a joy to watch these adult sheep
Baa and play and run!
