In idle pleasure he spends aimless days
A waste of time, no motivation. 
He shows reluctance to divine design

Paul, your rhyme had me looking up some facts about the sloth in Google Land: "..They are covered in algae, they have extra, creepy vertebrae and gross, long claws, they screech to attract a mate, and they are willing to eat liquid-y human waste.."
