Turkey ready for roasting
Our mom ready for boasting
A power surge came
The oven in flame
No Thanksgiving for toasting
One Robert Rauschenberg
so prolific letting creativity surge
His best a visual delight
let it drench & fill your eyesight
stand at the window
watch for approaching events.
the surge of winter

bare bleached bones shining
vapored vision of verglas ~
horned owl screeches surge
(February Full Moon – Cherokee)
Melody from flute
Unwraps my immersed feelings
Senses touched divine
Innermost emotions surge
Cadence fills the air sublime
Georges Braque art dictum was twofold
at least or so we are told
Form&colour do not merge
but in spontaneity,together simply surge
in passion's embrace
each the other to know-
washed by love's flow
lying side by side
in the incoming tide-
touched by nature's surge
I noticed stab sites.
My bereavement was shattered.
Tidal surge of loss
Tomorrow's gaping abyss
Left a hope glimmer hanging
clouds surge latticed sky
melted dusk canopy dark…
wilted willow weeps

spring
sunburst
sky shimmers
blooming buds blush
petals with hue surge
fragrant zephyr
serenades
songs of
spring
Detailed perfection
Seafoam created beauty
Aphrodite's lure
Ageless, eternal temptress
Birthed by oceanic surge.
A jump
into
cold water
Sliding cares away
springs surge, you chill;
Sweet
decompression.
You give us just the same old beat –
no lilt or swirl or surge or sweep.
If you wish to dance a line,
why can’t you make it ring with rhyme?
Bubbly
Touch of zest
Amply
Wit hurls jest
Simply
Thrill and surge
Lovely
Touch of urge

eyelid of our single eye blinks
manifesting a piercing bliss surge
rapture spasms sweep us off our feet
do or die, this is how with God we merge
Universe as surge as founded
As I claim leave in all one peace
Love can cleanse the hate
Make us all the same
As all we run the peace in world.
Though urges could empty a vault
Obsession to splurge cannot halt!
Surge spending can’t pause
Ending it might cause
Our mental gestalt to default

From this tiny acorn
A mighty oak tree
Love in surge reborn
True nature set free

When I was young
I remember standing
Waiting for you
To come
Arms open wide
Wanting Your surge
To push me
Running to meet
You; wanting more

Vernal hills collect God’s tears
Torrents surge to shower’s edge
Pooling life’s essence begins
Life’s highway is born

POISE
Words spread a voice
In surge of play
Grounds for a poise
In thoughts that stay

Languorous heatwave
Provence blooms in high summer
Wisteria surge
Chorus of sounds surround me
Small lizard climbs farmhouse wall.
.
back mine dome'z locks roamed
'twixt eve's legz mine wavy strands
crisp rivulet rush
*rousing the astute's

Nestled in embrace,
behold polarities merge,
manifesting a bliss surge.
Heartbeats synchronised,
light of our souls becomes one,
luminous like yonder sun.
