To crack you !
Erected yesterday - I'm crumbling porcelain .
The surface of the statue shimmers 
in supplications ,
But my hand is already drowning 
in sacrificial flowers....

I grow tired and weary 
I can carry my battles no more 
I am no holy man 
No saint that I can bear this with fortitude 
I seek no fortune from you 
Nor does the love of this world tempt me 
I long for how things used to be 
My knees grazed by my lost supplications 
I weep only for my wasted days...

The radio's all set,
But begging me for money
Is all that I can get.

The pleading is relentless,
Yet does beseeching serve?
For constant supplications
Really get on my last nerve.

To turn off their entreaties,
Subtle as a striking sledge,
I simply switch the station;
No allegiance will I pledge....

My body trembles once again 
Of fear that perhaps my supplications would go unanswered 
My eyes flood over with tears of remorse 
Of how I had knelt here before 
And asked for you from the heavens 
But now I return 
On my knees yet again
To ask
Why my prayer was answered...

Let her rise! Let her pass! All the angels sing to the glory,
Supplications through the darkest hours touch the story.
Love grows a shadow more than a lifetime of crowds....

would it be awkward to tell you
how the whole world
smells like petroleum jelly
or that the latex on my fingers
seems never to wear off
to explain
that after a while
they're all the same
one more mark
in a sea of the willing
if you offer the right look,
seeming supplications,
the most brittle of vows
all for a small recompense
that's never enough
it's more than an hour
you lose
in the company of hands
that offer no shelter...

He opened a bottle of liquor

to the fate for dealing him

Patience is a virtue, but that word is getting blurred.
Wait, wait, wait, what am I waiting for?
A bus, a payment or a loved one to walk right  through the door…
Wait, wait, wait, time is passing by, nothing seems to happen… why?
I am on my knees begging, supplications to towards the sky
Wait, wait, wait, the knock at the door

Filled up in eagerness in mama's nest
Laying helplessly as she tries her best 

There she looks forward for expectations 
For mama to bring feed in supplications 

Looking down longing to fly 
But never know what patience could buy 

Cradling as she felt too old to stay indoor 
Till she flew and fell on the floor 

Then her thirst was satisfied with bitterness 
As she broke her arm and died in sickness...
