waiting for a poem

She is alive with inspiration
writing the first line
suddenly

Italic suits her fine,
and the words, so beautiful,
become

They become and become
and supercharge themselves
on pink

Then "Silvie", she signs,
and we see her go away

Prayer
Subtle Lord I ask for me,
That I should be reborn for eternity,

My hanging-‘round-the-house attire
Is comfy, loose and old.
When wearing it, I’m not the most

We lament the absence of sunshine

We miss those gorgeous blue skies
  ~ Now the sun doesn't get in our eyes
 
And as for the increased chance of rain
  ~ Without precipitation, gardens stress and strain
