Rest restores
Enters the soul
Spirit filled made whole
Suping on his Word

worried,
stressed,
tired,
unexpected,
tranced,
covered in blue, gray
traveled,
destined,
warmed,
eased,

Stressed out lost my way
Locked down my mind gone away
Cold tired and cast away

George Bailey, the depressed.
Most of his life, he was stressed.
Thankfully, he changed his life
And didn’t disgrace his wife!!!
Sugar is highly addictive.
I eat it when feeling depressed.
Maybe it's just a coincidence
that desserts spelt backwards is stressed.

Backbone in pieces left stressed,
to put in work no interest;
You want a free lunch
yet binge 'Candy Crush';
No wonder you are depressed.
Ran to arrive on time.
7a.m. yoga class is not for me.
I'm actually feeling more stressed.

Her desires made it begin
His eyes kiss then let her in
The rumors to guide the sins
Not stressed of what's within
She was'nt looking for a friend
You worry.
Your fret.
You get anxious.
You get stressed and depressed.
You think about the worst scenarios.
Yet nothing bad happens.
Life continues on.
I’m pressed for time,
Impressed by mime,
Distressed, oppressed
And stressed by crime.
I’m best when I’m
On quest to climb;
Caressed by rhyme,
I’m in my prime.
Swim like a goldfish;
Just revel in letting go.
It does us all good
To take time to play, relax;
The stressed mind can be stubborn.
Are you feeling stressed out?
Here are a couple of verses of wisdom I'll throw your way.
Don't Take Life Too Seriously.
None of us are getting out alive anyway.
I am feeling stressed,
trying not to get depressed,
and striving to do my best,
never good enough,
this life sometimes, is so tough,
as I walk away and huff.
We’re born; we learn.
We grow; we thrive.
We mourn; we yearn
And so, survive.
We strive; we nest.
We laugh; we cry.
Alive, we’re stressed,
Then lo! We die.
stress syllables fill this song,and my feet maybe too long,
for ambiguity of rhythm I hold dear,so never fear..

The tiger growled, puffing its chest
Yet the donkey didn't seem stressed
Tiger said, " your bones I'll chew
and make a meal out of you
But the donkey was unimpressed
When I am feeling stressed or anxious,
the best remedy is a simple cup of tea
It doesn't matter what kind,
just that it is hot and frangrant
It calms my soul as it goes down
summer comes to life
on cue flowers awaken
joy for the picking
time out to recharge
the countdown gets serious
for stressed bride-to-be

A cab was called to the wrong address
After pulling up he then got stressed
The place was haunted with spooks
He realized he'd been duke
He sped off not knowing he'd been test
Solid words liquefied;
Bound and told horrified;
Ancient own;
Dooley honed ;
I am that child

Blessed be those who eat
And stressed be those in need
One should confess sins of soul indeed
Food for thought digest
Colorful beautiful minds bloom best.
