• Hum a little tune
• As you wait for the bus
• When it sings something wretched
• Don't stir up a fuss
Every woman loves to chatter
What's the subject? Doesn't matter!
But busy lips
Will still sink ships
So stay home and stir up batter!
stir up memories
whipping them
into poetry

Bad Habits Had By Trump
In front of line, Trump liked to cut;
Could never keep big mouth shut;
Ate so much;
Toes not touch;
Sure seemed to stir up so much smut.
Jim Horn
Stir Up Crowd That Does Occur
Up some people Trump seems to stir;
Like a certain group that does occur,
That around,
Has found;
In our sides has been leaving big burr.
Jim Horn
A push, a pull
something always moves me;
mood tides stir up
an emptiness to be filled
a fullness to be emptied
I move to maintain balance
among six billion synchronized
motions.
A living, breathing source of
Love-flamy light.
For what does each, in the heart
Stir up at night.
Though down in roads' sea-rolled view
Drunken, fogged most
Peninsula-prominent.
Safe helmsman boast.
Red field of war
Blood soaking the earth...
Silent screams take root...
Stained shields in the air
Stained wind, red war
Gray grounds
Pour out the cruelty of steel
Dislodge subtleties
Stir up storms...
a whirlpool black and hot
i stir up for the
moon
with just a twist and twirl
of this small silver
spoon.
tonight i need no company
to wake me
up.
guess it's enough, this
maelstrom in my coffee
cup!
so am I cutting?
the grass while in my yard a
robin spies me as
~
so he follows me
as I stir up the bugs as
i walk cutting grass

kite firm in hand no sun no wind no string
spiritually bankrupt
dark thoughts stir up a breeze

if you should leave
go in quiet tones
lest you stir up past inequities
And open the storms of anger
which will whip up the winds of hate
then the thunderstorms of guilt will ensue
it may best to leave before this hurricane is due
Folklore drifts
past cobblestone
like ash.
Along High street,
I traipse through secrets,
foraging
ghosts in
Castle Rock’s
slate gaze.
I stir up
ancestors
to warm my spirit
as an Auld Reekie dawn
bares
its dented armor.
When dreams begin to fade,
look up to summer's sky
and listen to the silence
but listen from your soul.
Spend this time alone-
one with night's sky
and stellar stars.
Stir up what God has given
and dream for evermore.
Such a round cute torso fin on curly haired mermaid gal named Lee
The other mermaids said wow! I wish I was Rubenesque like she
Lee can swish her tail and stir up bubbles from the bottom of the sea.
She heard them and giggled with happiness, feeling loved and free.
Seldom-spoken tastes and smells
Stir up moments poorly drawn,
Surface-summoned by the bells
From brumous elastic hope-sprung wells
Where each day's bucket is cast.
Let old pities prowl forlorn
In cold remembrances past,
Lurking there, mustard-bright, lost at last.
Do not stir up Mom we warned Grandma
It is not yet six.
She is still enjoying her coffee Jacuzzi.
Where is she? Grandma asked.
In the kitchen....
Grandma did not understand.
She ventured into the kitchen.
Risking her life
Mom is a Krampus before she has had her coffee
who are you?
that you should
come into my heart
to kill me
to suffocate me
to burn me up.
Who are you?
that you should
break up my fallow ground
penetrate my darkness
stir up my emotions.
Who are you?
that you should
fill me
burst me
surround me
with love,
lover?
Excellent Angel. So I was told.
Searching within for stories to begin.
Contradictions, circumstances, consequenses.
Who am I to wear a name like this? Here and now, in human disguise, spreading my wings:
Stir up, stir up the breeze to storm.
Excellent Angel illuminate your soul.
a whirlpool black and hot
I stir up for the moon
with just a twist and twirl
of this small silver spoon;
tonight I need no company
to wake me up,
guess it's enough, this maelstrom
in my coffee cup.
To stir up hope
neath the stars
To dream of love
in the night
The scent of rose
in the air
Makes my heart soar
like a kite

Let us rekindle the flame of love again
and stir up memories
when we were young
and had no fear of growing old
but time has passed
and here we are as vintage wine
whose time has come
to blossom to a sweet bouquet
so let us rekindle the flame of love
again
