Around, all around,
the mourners gather.
My dread grows as
the angry hand of
heaven,
Falls against my
naked soul. It
smites me,
And darkly my
essence drips to the
wicked earth that is
my prison.
In a strange and
terrible glee,
I beg forgiveness
while the reaper
takes my unwilling
hand,
Now alone, my
cascade of tears
falls upon uncaring
eyes.
This is my hell,

an heir in err, a progeny ‘twas not untimely off’d.
In aggregate, the follicles that sprout the facial hair,
protrude a plain that’s primed for pain, as microbes nestle there.
To mow the glade with steely blade creates a field of woe;
the pain-free knight, his own mote smites, so mites midst hair might grow.

Blight unyielding,
Prying, peeling.
Writhing turning,
Twisting churning...
Mindless yearning,
Lauding, purring.
Stomach keeling,
Curdling, reeling...
Now repealing,
Good sense of being.
Thoughts reverting,
Sleepless, spurning...
Legs-a-stirring,
Nae adjourning.
Whipping wheeling,
Grip congealing...
Hope that healing,
Smites these feelings.
