My aunt Joan was a madcap
And she sat down on my lap
When I creaked
She was freaked
Honored me with slime and slap
Soaked up to her hips
Searching for her Prince in crypts
Pond slime on her lips

The wife just went to spend a dime
But found she uncovered a crime
Inside the bowl
Was a bankroll
Of Ben Franklins sinking in slime
Once back when I was in my prime
A cop yelled, "Pull over you slime!"
That was crude
And real rude
Since I was on the phone at the time!
Best described as lizard slime,
Larry was worst of all time.
His big rheumy nose
was red as a rose
And his eyes glowed green as lime!
I am stuck here in this class, a prisoner but without a crime,
Time slows to a crawl, and day by day we go,
Stuck here in this invisible slime.
Trump has smeared our Snail Mail with slime
Insisting it is not a crime
Ballots need inspection
To win an election
And Biden may die with more time!
A rowdy, rollicking time
writhing in fresh mud and slime
A pig might even call it ‘a bath’
~ didn’t mitigate mom’s wrath
a slick mime had only one dime
bought a slivery pot of slime
world’s no oyster
went to a cloister
sacred graffiti thickens the crime

wet mollusks crawl forth;
slime trails tracing their passage
through just planted rows
Jealous John was angry all the time
His words were poison filled with slime.
Mother was a horrible drunk.
Home life had him in a funk.
His sadness paraded in the grime.
Kicked at it, thought it was just
another cigarette butt
half-buried in street slime—
but it was a small, dead moth,
wings crushed, soft dust sticking
to my rubbery shoe.
I slid down a hill that was covered in slime
I almost kept going, but I stopped on a dime
To get back to the top is a hell of a climb
I would do it all over, but I'm all out of time
slime travel
joyous explorers
inexorably spreading
nature’s mucus trail

Sisters selling super soup sipping slime.
Cuddling kindles kissing.
Trapezoids trip tripping toddler.
Lions laying lifeless.
Passionate assassins assist assassinating assailants.
polish the rind
suck the wind
stumbling
fog braced
dead rat sideways tired on sidewalk gray
sea beacons
slime green
no
shoes
just walking out there
rocks
in
pocket
gathering speed
Sue’s given up picking her nose
And wiping the slime on her clothes
But what she does more
Is what I abhor…
She’s eating the fluff from her toes!

Who's Fooling Who?
Bloody murder, wild sex, torture and slime
Scammers and pushers and heinous crime
It's too much to bear
All the evil out there
Except for cable TV at prime time!

The mermaids ball music still lingers .
Swordfish Fred and his shoal of sweet singers
Had a whale of a time
On the octopus slime
Caressed by their salty fish-fingers .
spiders have eight legs
insects six — most mammals four
humans mainly two
some think they walk on water
and like slugs — leave slime trails too

I hear a cry from the kitchen:
“Who did it? Who’s the perp?
Who dumped down this slime and sludge?
The garbage disposal went burp!”

the bell rang in a sharp chime,
piercing the viscid night slime,
and alerted many nearby,
who were busy in crimes,
they bolted and ran,
and vowed to keep the bell in mind,
the next time they did the crime.
Today is the i go for a ride
Today is the way i play with slime
Today is the day i do what my heart desires
Today is the day i put out a red fire
Today is the day i learn how to rhyme
I have done that so bye bye!
Step into
reason
The quicksand
of mind
The harder
you struggle
The deeper
the slime
The deeper
the slime
The harder
you fight
The sun
further distant
Consumed
— by the night
