I leave the world behind.
I become a castaway.

Selectively Chosen
I've chosen this path
to take by my own free will
I'm in no hurry

at this cross section
the road less travelled is good
I'm glad to be here

in this cul-de-sac
of sedentary and still
thinking, as an art...

Worlds of Hate
If you
       are hated
then rejoice!
     You have joined the
club of the despised
     So many people
          experience hate
and so many suffer
from it
and they have tated
the bitter wine
  of despair
You might be hated
   because you are a poet
        or poetess
That is a pill you
    will have to swallow
Because you have chosen
   "the road less travelled"...

Premium Member As We Choose So It Is
Road less travelled leads to our heart centre,
wherein we cognise vibrant bliss throbbing.
Only pure of heart can therein enter,
free from clutches of ego narrowing,
requiring mind body vaporising.
How may we do this, we hear ourself ask?
There is no doing needed for this task,
save choosing to entwine with the divine,
whereupon in surrender, we just bask,
imbibing bliss God wishes to assign.

Desert Storm
The road ahead

Is best on either side

By desert scrub and sand

On both right and left

And it's tar is beset by cracks

Only permeated by painted white line's

That denote left and right of centre

But which is the correct direction

You should be

Fleeing
Or
Aiming

In the end is entirely up to you

Unless instead you choose to stay put
and put down roots

And settle for a road less travelled...

R ambling on down a road that leads to nowhere
O ther people passing on their way to dead-end jobs
A llways looking for that elusive road less travelled
D etours sending us past another mansion owned by snobs

T raveling across the country without a map nor destination
R elying on our whims to guide us each new day
I ndependence is a town and our behavioral objective
P lenty of room in our van if you want to join us along the way...

My Mistake
I took a walk on a road less travelled
And all around me there were weeds
And brambles. The trees were bare
Of leaves and stood like frozen marble

I took a walk on a road less travelled
And I became confused, and lost
My way. I met people I didn’t like and
felt terribly abused.

I took a walk on a road less travelled
And that was a mistake. I thought
I could change my life, but that was not
To be. now I’m looking for a paved road

And I really do need some help....
