A puzzle’s like a riddle
You hope to be surprised
But to solve a real-good riddle
I often close my eyes

Musings of Word Whisperers
Beloved lovers of words
love wordplay and twiddles
riddles and entwining romps
entangling twists and turns
minimalist
jagged
open-
white
space
all
around,
enigma
in
flux-
meaning
shaped
by lines-
ever
changing
never
the
same
unsolved riddles trap
clueless thoughts in maze of mind-
way out is dead end

rock-'n-roll, really?

don't know whether to roar or purr....
What if
...conundrums
ever present
riddles,
subliminal
fragments of truth,
interweave with
emotions. in
future speculations..
...lived out now
Pilfered a verse from a tricky muse
Each stanza with riddles he did infuse
Perplexed, I shuffled each line
Fusing the metric spine
Confused, my remaining wits did loose
Questions of yesterday
have been left unanswered
Riddles have filled the mind
Wondering day by day
Trying to finding answers
To why the wind cannot be seen yet felt
It is a senseless world’
she spoke to me riddles I will never understand
trying to save what is left of this unfaithful man
but I can never change, I hope its not true
Ill walk these streets until I find someone new.

Keeper at the gates, why do you hide from me
i've been broken, now you offer up the key
can i tempt you with my honest declaration
or must i solve your riddles,
'til you reveal yourself to me
It is a market unique
it sells everything
that the soil produces
including blue tomatoes
whoever does not see it
customers refusing to buy
are made to recite riddles
written by market master
You make this quest
This mission to muddle fruitless words together
This question that riddles my soul
Meaningless

Possible entry into the I love you because contest....
soft and soothing
toroidal heart hums
breathing mists of bliss
rumble of cosmic drums
somewhere on the internet
a guru speaks in riddles
specious is his affirmation
hallowed innocence giggles
Your words are like riddles
Complex to understand
but there's more behind it
that not everyone sees
It's a one-sided mirror
that shows only what you play
It it good or is it bad?
that's the quest

Fiddle, Riddle, Diddle
Peter Dolittle did play a fiddle
Couldn't tell too many fun riddles
Didn't miss a beat
Was not so as neat
Oh, oh, now he's doing a diddle.

At night I heard EUSTON A VU QUE JE N'ÉTAIS PAS SUE
An owl cried MONSIEUR HIBOU A MANGÉ MON VER DE MÉTAL
The dark seemed to play
With riddles till day
And echoes returned EUSTON A VU QUE JE N'ÉTAIS PAS SUE
Write;
cosmo-talk
shout to me
talk in riddles
speak in cosmo-jarg'
I can talk in all tongues
be they universal ones
[laughter is one of these]
or be internal
I can tell it
speak your mind
in space
orbs.
I've been homeless and I've owned homes
Each time in love with the girl of my dreams
I've walked down some lonely streets alone
Been let down by love twice over it seems
Life's mysterious riddles of reds and greens
jagged heart hidden
behind hazelnut stone
wicked riddles rolling
inside angelic lips,
petite powerful tongue
connect our souls
my milian, mermaid
princesses don’t belong
under water forever;
even angels rebel
My understanding is baffled by your silent mystery.
And confusion, he screams, you are his greatest enemy.
So, if at some point, riddles and questions come into view.
Remember, the answers I seek, lies alone and only in you.
Echoing riddles
That never end
All I've seen
Never makes sense to me
Trees of endless shades
Fields of silver
Secrets whispered in newborn ears
Human fears
Regurgitated upon broken years
A life uncommon feels so near.
Form:
Show me all the ways you can be unlocked
Let me turn on your lights and open your doors
tell me Im nothing like the girls you've had before
Let our hands speak to each other in their riddles, touching the way only lovers do
