Change-gears negative to neutral.
Cherish each present moment.
Find meaning in goals.
Practice self acceptance, compassion!
For economic
and political resilience
it is better to give
AND receive
compassion
than to give
OR receive
enlightenment.
sleepless nights
brilliant stars fight
poetic soul fortitude, forced into servitude
views fade away
quintessence gives way
Self-reflection is only half of the work. The full work is owning up and taking action. Don't abuse the power of grace you give yourself.
Glistening sun with
A beam of hope toppings
With the crust of hopelessness cut off
Sprinkled with resilience
And garnished with faith
Bad things happen,
trauma occurs,
resilience is what gets you through.
So bounce back,
as you have survived 100% of your worse days.
Strive to pursue your goals.
Take a step every day.
Achieve a great resilience.
Rate your results.
Test your resistance and keep going.
fate fractures
family fades
footsteps falter
forsaken
fragile
fearful
yet faith fuels
fortifies
frees
fallen, faithful, forward
silent wounds turn stubborn into strength,
over broken earth, courage takes slow root,
under each scar, light relearns the language of living.
Rising each day even when it’s hard,
Open to the little joys that show up.
Walking through life one step at a time
Every instant showing me I’m alive.
"Even the night has a glimmer of light. Only resilience and hope will guide us to its warmth."

The perspective is beauty
the expectation is captivating
but through the window
the future without a fight,
sans luck and resilience
will not come !
As far as anyone can tell, I am alive and well,
But I am still trying to end my persistent depressive spell
Through resilience and love, even as I go through Hell.
Wounds once buried beneath soft steps,
now echo through me, stone by stone undone.

If not for your resilience, your boldness
O look at how you pushed in sweat drip
And I leapt with your groans to the clan
So innocent, leapt into the untold truths
Our mistakes, let us plant them with care,
let's cultivate them with love
in a garden of resilience
that we will reap proficient fruits
of learning in the future...
The world against her
But destiny had other plans.
From barren land
To boundless fortunate.
From testament to record book
The resilience to luck and hard work.
when rush of wind stirs...
bamboo twirls with fierce current
keeping limbs agile.

For Silent One
you're a sign of hope
and bend without breaking
strength and resilience
birds gather for comfort
cradled within your branches
seeking swaying grace
"the willow tree"
Stolen heart of a city
Turns a special day ugly;
But beat them down, they get up,
their minds are on the next race;
Resilience in their spirit,
As they cross that finish line.
weather in motions,
temptation calls from past flames.
heavier are hearts,
terribly torn from past pain ~
oh, teach us resilience.

If you need comfort, if you need stregnth
If right now you need words about resilience
Look outside your window
There are seeds under the snow
Although humanity continues to be enslaved to corruption,
life's small pleasures seen in creation
inspire a sense of wonder and awe.
Nature's tenacity and resilience
are ours to imitate.
your brilliance is
indestructible-
your resilience
impenetrable-
faith brings unyielding
courage-
stay radiant...

Where there's a will there's a way,
power is duty...
between wanting
and the power exists
the patience,
a lot of fight,
resilience
until finally
everything
performs...
