Mother Earth, the Powerful 2k11
Powerful Mother Earth collects her due;
Both beast's and mankind's earthly flesh alike.
   Requiring respect! What man lied claims to;
          Repossessed via her mighty strike....

An Unsafe Bed Bank
A fool thought inside his head
His money's safe inside his bed
Until one day it's repossessed
Now all his thoughts he regrets
But the new owners having fun
With the new "lottery" she's won...

The Last Swan
The sun in arrears,
  its moon in default

With stars in foreclosure,
  the cosmos to halt

All time repossessed,
  the Creator has gone

Awaiting implosion,
 —that last singing swan

(Villanova Pennsylvania: May, 2017)...

Our attention bundled in quanta of time
Each continuum eternity
Upon our awakening the divine sublime
Seeks loving connectivity

Mark of our ascension may be self assessed
By our innate divine affinity
If we allow ourself to be by God repossessed
Each breath holds entirety

Tests Are No Light Winnings
Tests arrest students' rest:
Requesting the best their stomachs digest;
To see the ones that would be oppressed,
And the ones that would repossessed...
Providing solutions to teacher's quests,
From the simple twists to them he ingested--
That with pen, he will have marks attest:
Either make cane's justice get them swiftly arrested
Or make praise reinforces their progress assessed....

My Keyboard Weeps
My keyboard weeps,
It's shedding keys
And every day it sheds some more.

Hopelessly I awake to find them missing,
having to find new words to spell
and feeling my vocabulary vanish from the net.

And so I find my keyboard weeping,
coming to grips with it's demise.
It's functionality decreasing,
I press it's keys one final time.

Thus I can only wonder how long until every key is repossessed....

Be “blessed not stressed” yeah, that is the test,

Just a little bit o rest, that is my quest,

But the zest of the fest got me hard pressed,

There’s a pest in my breast, cardiac arrest,

My chest heavy like Mae West,

I confess, I’m distressed and a little depressed,

But I divest my unrest, priorities reassessed,

I request a glassful of the best, kindred spirits coalesced,

The fest repossessed with jest and all the best

Peace....

What Will Happen
What will happen,
when our jobs leave town,
no food on the table,
unemployment bound.
But then what happens,
when that runs out,
no roof over our heads,
can't take a nap.
Just like a dog,
a chasing it's tail,
round, and round,
as the economy fails.
It won't matter,
if gas is a dollar or less,
nothing to drive,
the car has been repossessed.
Times are scary,
what will we do,
go back to the ways,
our grandparents knew....

The Exorcist
There is a ghost in my house
A poltergeist in nature
And I am determined to see
Its imminent departure

I have secured the services
Of an expert of eminence
An exorcist of renown
To un-haunt my residence

He is not a cheap solution
To my poltergeist problem
But the spirit has to go
Before I end up in an asylum

But the price must be met
This was sternly stressed
For if I default on the fee
The house will be repossessed...

I Cast No Shadow
Sun is high I cast no shadow for few brief moments I am pure. My soul enters Eden’s meadow where once stood my progenitor. A sinless psyche reveling in a pre-transgression garden thoroughly chaste is my being. But now a penumbra widens and a darkness within me grows my pure essence is repossessed replaced with subjective sorrow; spiritualness dispossessed by a shadow of damnation and light my only salvation.
