Renascence
Renascence

To nod off
gently by the
suns kiss

that trickles down
my face and my smile
and perchance

to blend
a hue of
colors

and my mind
is grasping
no longer dormant

I’m awake and feeling
the
seizing of the day!

Wishing You A Fantastic New Year !!!

As I sit here in my four cornered room,
in the cold.. gray.. wetness of B. C.s gloom,
I feel an emptiness – my life is void of your presence
as you, elsewhere, ring in this New Year’s renascence.

So you lift your glasses high, in cheer
for the coming New Year
and remember that I am always near,
to you, toasting in, this New Year .

Love Bill ....

Distinguished Genttlemen
The laurel wreath
Bestowed on victors
Every four years
Blood, sweat and tears
In Pythian Games
Honoring Apollo
At Delphi onto Greece
In a classic ceremony
The corruptible glory
An immortal crown
Prized to artists
Public officials
The poets of Rome
And here at home
A rebirth of antiquity
With Apollo's oracles
Music and poetry
Prophecy and medicine
Things of God as things of men
The reform defecient renascence...

MANKIND
Silence be bright. Do not be a dull pine needle that cannot pierced the heart.
Nor like the calmness of the river after a storm. Be full of rage at the deafness and blindness of Mankind. The quiet ignorance that dares not speak, see nor cry when hatred penetrates the wounds. The scars of prejudices have scabbed three times over. That it is the renascence of time becoming old than new. Attorning the passage of war to destroy all.

Renascence, commence
Out with the old
It’s time for the phoenix
The embers grow cold

Renascence, intense
Shedding one’s skin
Slough off the layers
And try to begin

Renascence, immense
No little change
Break it all down
A complete rearrange

Renascence, effulgence
Let it all shine
I could not have done it
Without the divine
