Unflappable

Stars seem to twinkle yet
remain unflappable until
they reincarnate as massive
points of blackness - or so
they seem to be...

A creature of habit am I
Change my routine, I might die

My daily meals taken at the same exact times
Five minutes off ~ five unspeakable crimes

                     autumn gentle wind
  caresses the leaves falling
                     before their last sigh
   ~ready to reincarnate
                     into the next reverie

Pond

I live to be a pond like Walden,
Sunny golden, moony silver,
Lying in a dreamy dent
With crooked trees upon my face,
With green and blue my shades of smile,
With lyric life drinking me--
Reincarnate in the rain.

Premium Member I Will Reincarnate As a Boy

I will reincarnate as a boy next time I am born I promptly decide
But when I come back as a bunny I have to figure out how to hide
In bunny land it is all and good, and I feel safe among my bunny kin.
But what if we run out of carrots and I have to go into a garden, what then?

poet dream

10 The poet’s dream

Say my friend,
What would you like to reincarnate into?
Bee first, or dragonfly
but life would be too short,
So as an elephant,
But I would be chased into the Savannah,
No, actually,
In jay, swallow, or seagull
To fly every day,
AND never have any worries.

Premium Member Thought of the day

as long as we believe we’re body-mind
forgiveness issues will leave heart in pain
if head melds with heart, both with love aligned
only then will our soul be free from stain
else we will reincarnate to retrain
so life choices we make are up to us
the wise ones hasten to board God’s bliss bus

Premium Member When I Return I Shall

When I return
I will live in Central America.

When I come back,
My skin will produce a deadly poison.

When I reincarnate,
Arrow-poison frogs will fear me.

Forest people will die
If they look at me to tip their arrows.

This is my tree dream. Being mighty
Being mean. Not being me at all.

A Dream of Rebirth

Last night again I tumbled down
Pajama clad and half asleep
Past universes dark and deep
To land transformed
Upon the warmed
And wet volcanic earth.

And there I saw a million souls
Adrift on pools of amber light
Like fairies bathed in candlelight
Without a care
Approaching their
Next reincarnate birth.

Death as a lunar moth

A lunar moth sublime will fly to light
Green larva changes to a lovely moth ,
Its cycle of life like death will bring insight .
Death like a moth you flit about for naught ?
And your karma is like your next life’s cloth
If you fly to close to the light you get burned,
And you will reincarnate lesson earned.

Reincarnation

I can't hear the surf for seal barks
I suspect they are calling all sharks
To end all their woes
By eating their foes
We've not heard the last from Karl Marx!

(THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
 With the declining birthrate and
4-million pandemic deaths, the odds are
one might reincarnate as a cicada with
17-years before your next meal!

To Conquer

In isolation revelling...

reincarnate the course...

the subject of all reasoning...

ovation salutes applause...

consolidate all memory

disguise the mask belief...

Retreat in ring of silence

Is where all judgement meets...

despair without resolution...

To conquer fear in all dreams...

To follow all reasoning...

Truth, lies, in sceptic screams...

Premium Member why do turtles come to my yard

turtles come up to my yard all the time
not sure why
or even if it is hundreds of turtles
or the same turtle hundreds of times

I have no lake or lagoon
I live in a meadow surrounded by woods
we are bordered on the south by a creek
a marsh lies to our east

are they traveling to
or traveling from?
I will never know
even if I reincarnate as a turtle

The Prosperous Lands

The Prosperous Lands

Wake up and live,
Barry the casket,
of your fears,
rejoice the almighty GOD,
to the prosperous lands,
reincarnate, it's seed,
grow from the past of self- mistakes,
and re-plant root, humanity needs,
control again, in self~leadership,
I can not do it alone,
Stand with me, kneel in prayer,
repent, confess those sins, to be free...

Love

Love puts a smile on your face The memories came apace Waiting for another taste There was no haste When I was in chase And when obtained It should never be misplaced Maybe just display it in a case Like a fancy vase With opened arms it will always be embraced Souls are forever interlaced In Gods good grace For love I will continue to reincarnate

Premium Member I Came Back As a Bunny

I will reincarnate as a boy next time I am born I promptly decide
But when I come back as a bunny I have to figure out how to hide
In bunny land it is all and good, and I feel safe among my bunny kin.
What if we run out of carrots and I have to go into a garden, what then?
Of course it happens, for it was close to my little bunny heart.
At least when it does I have my own miniature silver grocery cart.

Each seeming small challenge
we all face each & every day
occurs as a repeated test
to see if we can make work play

The slightest flicker of agitation
during day to day mundanity
signals ego borne stagnation
attachment disturbing serenity

It is only when we truly transcend
affinity to the subtlest ego urge
that we obviate need to reincarnate
divine entwined in a bliss surge

Neptune's Limericks

Neptune’s Limericks

I captured her glamour with my eyes
her beauty left no guise or surprise
with blue eyes and green hair
she would swim with a flair
and so wise what the mermaid devised

she would live beneath the ocean floor
to sea friends of her inner core
her mythical appeal
my envy of her zeal
to reincarnate with her allure

Declination

Terse inert verse,
unnerving diction
of repetitious diabolic
deeds of man.

Malice borne of
selfishness, putrid
thoughts take own
center stage.

No revelation can
deviate the heinous
crimes that continue
to reincarnate.

Atrocious taste and
grievous faults shall
continue to multiply
expeditiously.

Declination of society
and man seems to
be inevitable, a
foregone conclusion.

Premium Member All Souls Have Their Duties

The phoenix arises; New life from fiery flames; Restored ashes take flight. A great reminder that, Death is not in control; Instead life continues. Transformational, We reincarnate; First soul to body, To soul once again; After life classes, Build our knowledge; Provide wisdom, For eternal Duties we’ll do. No soul gets A free ride; They must do As they Are told; Souls.

Turnstile

they say when
you reincarnate
you come back
exactly to the task

that kept you
from going on
but you need to
keep finding

what you
didn't do
and keep
pressing

on and on
and on you
will go if you
don't know the

question
for how can
you answer that
which you know not

know
what is
if you don't
know what's

asked
and so
never
will you

ride the
elevator to
the top
floor

pent
house

Premium Member Something That Was Promised

something that was promised

in quiet moments when
night creeps on
toward its soft dawn bed
I wonder
why we agreed
so long ago
at this time to meet

who were we then before
blithe spirits silted
from our mortal coils
to lay in unknown churchyard
or battle field
what was our reincarnate pledge
as sudden as a lightning strike
some where beneath my ribs
you came to me all swirling words

and I knew you

Karma

Is our conditioning..
It is that which veils
Our eternal Now..
Veiled when separation
Gains our attention
And we venture into
Past and future..
East of Eden in the
Story's terms..

So..
In our many lifetimes
In the Life we live
We experience Now
In surprising glimpses..
Until..
Our lifetimes' shadows
Are deemed enough
And we reincarnate
Now to Now
To discover at last
What has always been
Home...

Locale

There is a small, little place right inside my heart
That you had stepped on, over filling it with love
But the moment your footprints faded in the thin air
It got barren again
It got barren again
But it is still waiting for that magic to reincarnate
So when i look at it, patiently waiting for your touch
I contemplate it to be
A little too hopeful
For I already am aware what will happen
Since I have been reliving that dream.
