He Tied My Hands

I shook my head as I walked away
Rebuking my demons, keeping them at bay
My mind wandered back to a time before
When such a slight would have been cause for war

Condemning

condemning
positive strides
denouncing
steps forwards
rebuking
changes made
reprimanding
efforts made
scolding
present version
of the self for
mistakes made
by the old version
of the self

Affection Values

Affection brings comfort ,displays exquisiteness,
Fascinates generosity, houses ideal justice, kind-hearted
like Martyrs needed occasionally, professing quietude,
Rebuking savagery towards underclass villeins whereas
x-rated youths zinger.

Premium Member In the Marketplace

In the marketplace,
from a woman vegetable vendor
a bazar cow snatched away
a big mustard plant.

She shouted at the cow
rebuking it with the foulest words
she could muster
while the cow relishing it's loot.

An old Street dog,
loving life ,
rested in a shaded corner
looked at the youthful cow
with envy.

Premium Member End of Days

Heaven's reach chastises earth
Rebuking folly of nature's worth
Such angry beauty of power displayed
Enlightening the dark of clouded haze

With applauding laughter, celebrates
Eternal skies reverberate
Whence bringeth tears of no remorse
Justly unveils Almighty force

Existence frays to wither away
Reminds the sun tis end of days
Oceans devour sparkling crust
Vanquished flesh returns to dust

Premium Member Anxiety in the rain

Suddenly
The rain fell,
With the speed
Of the wind's spell.
The women vegetable vendors
Packed with haste,
Running for cover,
Rebuking
The rain's wild waste.
They worried what to sell
If the rain didn't cease,
For the day's necessity
To earn was
A pressing need.
Their need for money
Was urgent,
A daily struggle to make
Ends meet in the night
While the paddy fields
Waiting for the rain .

Premium Member Quiet Holy Voices Rebuke My Wrong Choices-

Skeptic piranha parasites leeches onto my spirit Amongst the grim reaper I shall not go near it Not rebuking the sins and shame of my wrong choices I expedite my decisions change the course of my vision I calmly use the inner voice Nonchalant dismay Demons come distraught and play In adversity in turmoil yet I pray Rebuking the sins and the shames of my wrong choices I cater to the quiet holy voices
