Premium Member Indecision

standing on the brink
                          of eternity
I put back the blade
                          of indecision
to read the word again

It's almost time for you to vote
Cast your ballot and do not gloat
It's time to put back
Our reproductive rights on track
Trump's MAGA is a farce, take note

I Don'T Care

Look at me,
Start rumors,
Try to hurt me, go ahead.....
I've been hurt so many times
It makes no difference if it happens again,
I have a shattered heart that can't be put back together

Ninety-one degrees fahrenheit it got up to today Don't the gods know it's time for autumn's ballet Lower temps expected soon In the meantime we swoon And revel in LATE summer, so put back the sleigh

Oceanstide

it falls apart and gets put back together
it plays with your heart and turns forever into never
every decision made from inside
brings a new wave in the oceans tide
something new gets washed up everyday
its what we make of it that shows our way

Premium Member Here now this morn

torn apart and put back again
we metamorphose without strain
a path we walk in solitude
where bliss falls on us like light rain

having been by God’s grace imbued
dwelling mostly in quietude
we view earth life as but a dream
nothing more than an interlude

My Dear Father

My Dear Father this is not an empty house
Though you strive to make it so

Grief can tear the ribs from you
But your love for her should not let go

Put back up the pictures
Put your lives back on view

48 years of marriage still survive
And Mum is quite mad at you....

Love In Your Eyes

Your eyes glimmer in the light
They light up at her sight
I wish that you would glimmer that glimmer to me
But your eyes that sparkle like the sea
Are turned away
And it will not be until a long day away
That I feel you love and heart
And then my soul will be put back apart

Ripped apart by bliss then put back again,
breath by breath, continuum unbroken,
with soma nectar dripping like light rain,
what may we say of nodes so awoken,
save by vibrance in uttered words spoken?
Time catalogues movement of bliss in space
but who dare rank rapture brought forth by grace?

Shattered Heart

My heart keeps getting hurt It keeps getting ripped out and handed me on a silver platter This last time my heart was hurt it was shattered into thousands of tiny pieces Like Humpty Dumpty, my heart will never be put back together again Forever shattered From this hurt it shall never heal

Thoughts To Ponder

Secret things in the heart
Is either birthing
In the light
Or in the darkness
Both will be exposed

Clay that is pliable
Can be molded and formed
Into a chosen vessel
In a Master Crafter's hands

But Clay that is dry
Is put back into clay water
In the hope
It will be reborn pliable

Cloudy Mind

People
speak of
"head in the clouds"
but
what about
cloudy mind?
Muddled,
confused,
a blend of
many emotions.
How do you fix
a muddled mind?
how do you put back together
a puzzle
scattered across the globe?
How do you cure a bottomless pit of loneliness?
This is an answer I will
ponder,
never know

Premium Member Charade

An absurd idea slipped from my head
That, in my dreams, would best be left for dead.
This chimeric charade turned global rage;
A mighty and monstrous meme for our age.

Perhaps someday the p.c. and the woke
Will finally be aware of my joke.
Too late to put back in Pandora’s box
I shrugged it off for some bagels and lox.

Society Under Siege

New Age Freedom; I baulk at that
Remembering & keeping Gods laws is what will keep us all in tact
Independence is keeping His laws & maintaining family bonds
Societies are under siege, countries threatened & being bombed
Our liberties lie at the edge as we knock on Sodom’s door
Oh let us be wise & put back the Lord at our head once more

Premium Member My Resolution

Is to descend the stair
looking for where my soul
hides those bits I hate in myself;
The darkness of control, selfishness,
procrastination, laziness --

Put back in their place,
I ascend again to expand
my heart songs;
generosity, creative vision,
able to move freely among
my thoughts letting the beauty
around me tease my soul into a smile.

Forgiven?

When do you know you are forgiven
Is it feeling
is it fact
When does that piece of you get put back
 that long you have lacked?
Is there ever a time when you are truly
Washed as white as snow
Or are you only as pure as the memory
 of all those who know
Your Father in heaven knows
 the price you have paid
For He paid it too
 your life to save

Speak Now

Speak now
or forever hold
my heart
in your hands
Still beating?
Barely
Still pumping blood
but much slower with time
Torn out
with force unknown
with a vengence
still unspoken of
Were you aware?
Of the power you contained?
To tear and to shatter
So speak now
Because your silence is deafining
My heart, now out of rythem
needs to be put back in.

The Black Helicopters

not even a shift in the night
or a bass chuka-chuka;

they will darken the humble sellers
of shrunken, dusty oranges

maybe a bad mouth,yellow teeth,
passed words to the birdmen

to crack open the sky,
a black walnut, half-brained

a ball of string, the smell of fire,
bags of sudden song, burnt shout of

hot and hot and hot;
nothing to put back together

A Curse

Brought out of the dark by a terrible soul, only to be put back by the demon that said all was well. Said to be once a great mind, but lived through a trouble so great only one fell hard. And so the troubles went their ways and layered the society to their graves. Til light shines through Heaven's golden windows, thy who says these words comes shall come home once again.

What Is Love

Love is a thing.
                Love is something you feel.
Love can be broken and,put back heal.
                     Love come the heart.
Love is for anyone or from anyone.
                         Love can be fun.
                    Love can have laugh.
                         Love can have sad.
Most of all you want your love to have glad.

Shattered

For in my life,
I lay like shattered glass,
that nobody wants to pick up.

I wait eternally,
for a dawning never to aproach,
and silence is my only friend.

I lay in pieces,
never to be put back together,
forever dieing in silence.

Time is my enamy,
forcing me to wait,
for the happiness that will never come.

I lay like shattered glass,
my life in pieces,
my mind in ruins.
