Question, Lord
Lord, you made everything
You made me Black
and put me on this earth
You made me a descendent of Adam
Why am I so prosecuted in this place

Satan is not black...

February's Funny Bone
There once was a joker called Cupid;
The matches he made often stupid,
But he fired from his bow
At the folks down below -
His tricks got him oft prosecuted.

Customs
Tied to customs
never straying
affraid to differ
stay on the path
forget your beliefs
or be prosecuted
beliefs too different;
you are weird
beliefs too similar;
you are a poser
life is hopeless
filled with chiildren
not litterally and yet mentaly...

Form: I do not know?
Hibernation
Tormented soul
And the poetries sleeping underneath.
Prosecuted silhouette,
And the senses slough off and weep.
Deep inside a cage
It wants a hibernation.
Throw some sorry look
Penetrating an inapt haze.
Serpentine days pass by
Followed by strangled nights.
And, then it wants to breathe,
Under the warmth of ragged poetry....

True Greatness
Great, truly great is he
Who at every turn finds himself
Loved by the prudent
Encouraged by the humble
Indicted by mediocrity
Trailed by the inquisitive
Hunted by the wicked
Prosecuted by the jealous
Judged by malice
Convicted by the lowly
Imprisoned by time
Acquitted by his own wisdom
Relieved by the passage of time
Sustained by the Almighty
And respected by all!...

Premium Member The Case of War
The Case of War…
Often tried—never denied.

their actions are said to be victimless—
even crimeless!
Collateral damage is coincidence—consequence
of the unusual precedence of freedom won.
Their realities are evidence of nothing but the truth:
the whole truth!
War has always been constitutionally just.
The defense rest—bail rescinded—war freely goes on.

Peace remains on trial.
All rise…...

Premium Member Driving Through Salem
Witches motto is to do no harm to plants or animals
Ill understood they continue to positively garden and uplift
They were unfairly persecuted and prosecuted, murdered even
Christians bullied them, jealousy and fear determined their fate
Hysterical preteen accused the prettiest, eliminating competition
Every beautiful girl was in danger during this frenzied period of history
Still feel enraged and acute sadness when I drive through Salem....

To Die With Peace
The only way I can die with peace
Is knowing I helped heal the planet
I helped people understand we are all we have
No supernatural being to save our Earth
Our survival depends on knowing that
To reassure our children With love and fortitude
An environmental and species-friendly
Future will happen
And
Those who attempt to prevent
A healthy and vibrant future
Will be known denounced
And prosecuted
For sins against humanity.
