My love haunted
My hope hunted
All I ever wanted
Was to be wanted
Waiting for your call
Why bother at all
You never think of me
Only how to feed your need
Tears linger
You point the finger
Still nothing changes
Just different stages.
This Life I detest
For Happiness only comes in moments now.
We have done so many things...
"But what is bad or good that thinking makes it so..."
Maybe it is I who is changing color--
Still I so want to point the finger

Total chaos
utter dissmay
our family's lives
day after day
she did this
he did that
look in the mirror
that's where it's at
point the finger
pass the blame
think only of ourselves
feel no shame
hurtful words
terrible names
thus is the process
of our family's sick games!
First instinct is to second guess
Quick trigger to point the finger
Rigidly pushing against reality
Swiftly pulls us from actuality
Let's not live in subtraction
But add up grace in its place
Replace reject with accept
To embrace all that we face
Our reactions are a choice
Try choosing a positive voice
Last echoes linger
Tell of taunting loss
Why point the finger?
Notice matt or gloss
Touching can stroke tell
Or wonder in vain
Why do you now dwell?
Glimpse upon lost gain
If you must know then
See if this makes sense
Why ask why dear friend?
Feel the present tense

Am I not a person because I sleep on the streets at night?
Am I not a person because you think I've wasted my life?
You pass me on the corners and try your best to look away
You point the finger at me because I have no place to stay
But am I not a human because you think there's no heart left in me?
No, I am a human, it's just that you fail to see
True love is a Heart and a Spade
Because your true colors will never fade
Its never giving up even if your betrayed
Either way true motivations will be displayed
I know that i will not be told how to behaive
I won't let anyone turn me into a slave
Pull on my soul like a dog on a chain
Put you in my shoes so you can feel my pain
If you point the finger you are probily to blame
That is probily why this world is filled with shame
Don’t blame me for all your strife,
Please don’t seek to justify.
Don’t point the finger at the rest,
For lofty dreams, they must invest.
You alone hold fate’s embrace,
Dreams can’t thrive in a timid space.
You alone bear all the blame,
If you can’t find your way to claim.
If you won’t toil to reach your dreams,
Can others bear the weight of schemes?
When one avoids their own response,
They cast their blame, a common stance.
It is myself that holds me back
No other can be blamed
For my own actions are my choices
My life is mine, so named
I cannot sit and point the finger
To blame then for my fall
I must stand up and take the action
To go on through that wall
No boundary now can hold me back
Nor wall withstand my force
I am determined to forge ahead
I’ve finally found my course
Accountability, now is just mine
Through all the bad and good
The finger now points back at me
I am doing as I should
It is myself that holds me back
No other can be blamed
For my own actions are my choices
My life is mine, so named
I cannot sit and point the finger
To blame then for my fall
I must stand up and take the action
To go on through that wall
No boundary now can hold me back
Nor wall withstand my force
I am determined to forge ahead
I’ve finally found my course
Accountability, now is just mine
Through all the bad and good
The finger now points back at me
I am doing as I should
