Poesy
prints me marks
while I write
and type it...
I don't do poetry,
she is the one who makes me
poet...!
Bliss for the poetry I create
this offer granted by heaven
increase feelings with leven
in poetical space written fate
poesy curse of hanging fruit strings
a pool topped up to the brim
will spill over
to
endless
drips
of
drivel
slops
Squandered inky poetic renderings
blood ensued parchment's apertures
led astray in convoluted evolution
'tween muses fiery premonitions
and starlit descending skies' envy
Listen to poem:
For your sake I will warm up
the weaselly words
to downplay the fiery spirit
of cold straight and raw poesy juice.
I will serve it blood hot,
warmed up,
hand-cupped with love,
in wily, lily white bowls.
DEAFENING SILENCE
MIND OBLIVION
CORNERED
FURIOUS TWISTING
FLIGHTLESS BIRD
USELESS MUTTERING
WALLS OF YELLOW
PEELING AWAY
PIECES OF ME
BY THE HOUR
UNTIL NOTHING
IS LEFT
WORTH
LESS
BROKEN
DOLL
LIMBS LIMP
FORGOTTEN
FACELESS.
FINE LINES OF POESY
Darling,
Superlative -
the universe
Stunning is -
her people.

Changing my life
One page at a time
Creating and sharing
Unveiling my heart

Find me lost in the sea of thought
on wind-tossed waves of sunset hues,
floating around new ideas sought
on rainbow ground, reflection ensues,
swimming with time, looking for beauty
on waters of rhyme, you'll find me.

Chrysanthemum whispers
gird clouds of winter.
Frost spells inhume heart
deep into the valley of silence
Loud and mournful poesy
scribbled the souls
enchaining the last rays.
Misty dawn shone owing
to shades of night
And My Daffodil awaits
for the shades of blush.
For the Poet Laurette contest by Brian Strand(this one was a real challenge)
Poetaster am I, award unworthy,
Gratitude given to the great state
Whose honor did bestow me
Acceptance gladly and thankfully recieved
Hail Georgia!
This is the Vignette form of narrative.
Cascading through my mind
deluge of dreams
floods of fantasy
rivers of reverie
torrents of thoughts
vapours of visions
waterfalls of words
In folios of verse
It’s of a great immense pleasure
To be with thou poesy!
Wherein the deeper organs
Responds to the invisible senses
And the Inquisitive knowledge
Reacts to the world unknown
Mines a longing mind
And it’s that mystic morphosis
That lulls on maneuvering moods.
It’s quite curious to know;
Where the whirlwind deep within
Ahead’s to & take shape.
Gives form to the uncertain norm,
And that longs me; to be with thou poesy!
.
ooooh
one poet will tell ya
'thuh water iz
cold
another
thuh flowerz are
prettiest pink
i'm hear tuh tell
y'all
her toez are taut
unto
hern butt's
crease
and her sister'z
unto
hern wink
In silence still,
I hear echoes;
Dance beyond will,
Shadows follow.
Verse greets feelings,
Simple strokes strides;
Glimpse thought fumbling,
Ease bitter rides.
Words struggle free,
Sense touching urge;
Poesy calls me,
Floods touching urge.
Lines aptly form,
Warm touch meet thrills;
Soul frames a norm,
Forge wonder's fill.
Poetry speaks well,
Transcends thought brief;
Discerns and dwells,
Learns gist of grief.
