He has a tendency to listen to no one
A proclivity to overreact, he is not fun
His ideas lean toward the conservation realm
Has propensity to look danged stubborn on film

Hope

HOPE
The soccer game goes on and brings people hope
We can watch the stars without telescope
Let's move on to the next phase of the realm of rope
Don't overreact to the sense of microscope

Premium Member How To Not Overreact

When we are inexperienced we often overreact.
I was super at this, a wonderful notorious fact.
Then I discovered something that keeps my emotions intact.
Stay away from button pushers, and you won't overreact.
This may include your super close relatives, a hard learned fact.
Wipe them off your sandals, enjoy your life, and do not look back.

Premium Member Grasping For Goldilocks

Burning off the excess
Things got out of line
Everything is golden
Until it loses its shine

Pendulum constantly swinging
Quick to overreact
Impermanence around the corner
Grasping for what is fact

Need to seek balance
Stand on stable ground
Know things will settle
What was lost will be found

The scale evens out
Water finds its level
We’ll never find Goldilocks
But the pendulum starts to settle

A Note To the Drama Queen

O please spare me the
drama!
You this drama queen
mama
Stop exaggerating your
act
We do understand,don't
overreact...
More attention is drawn
to your folly
You display so proudly...
The act is fake
Even babies could
make...
Don't let your crave for
attention
Exploit your every action
We love drama
But we don't need them
everywhere like posters
Mellow you act a little
Before you get
belittled......

I Am Weak

He waits for an answer I cannot give
I am indecisive, I am weak

It seems through depression- I only live
I can only cry, I hardly speak

I overreact about everything- I'm doing it now
I never know what to say

The tears I cry, I don't know how
but they never come out during the day

Almost like I'm wired to hide my pain
to hide everything I feel

That's not right, and even then it's in vain
When I barely "have time" to kneel

Manic

Excitedly I tell a story
I create
I think
I analyze
Life fascinates me once again
But now I will cry at a perceived slight
And overreact to the smallest thing
I will say things I normally wouldn't say
and I'll take forever to say it
My thoughts will change
Paranoia will set in
It is not fear of physical harm
It is fear of betrayal and abandonment
I will love, I will hate
I will destroy, I will create
I will fight, I will fail
