Re-Inventing Yourself
The day I found out I could re-invent myself,
Was the day I came down off the shelf,
And became, more than just a one dimensional elf....

A Friendly Accusation
She said, "You were watching my rump!"
He thought for a bit and then said,
"Think of me not one dimensional"
"I love you for all you embed"

"I love the clever way you think"
"To me, your all, is a delight"
"Your sashay when you walk away. . . . ."
"Ok, I must admit you're right!"...

True Happiness
True happiness, is not only measured in the abundance
of physical things
Man's desire for a sense of belonging, self worth, love, security
and overall success is only one dimensional
Therefore only when our physical and spiritual needs are
met
One can truly enjoy true happiness in all its dimensions...

Premium Member Worm Hunting
Sunrise, a
lighter shade of gray
replaced a starless black.

Pines stand sketched -
one dimensional and sad,
shrugging - not knowing
if the day is
worthy of a smile.

While a robin adds
another twig to its
tightly woven hopes
as instinct whispers,

Worm hunting is always better
on a rainy morning....

To seek and never find,life
-the tragedy of living;
To see and never find,love
-the tragedy of being;
To seek and never find,faith
-the tragedy of after-life;
To live and never find,art-
to live life without seeing;
To live life sans poetry,
with one-dimensional sight,
without imagination-
life exists in black and white....

Who are we? Are we part of God? Is the hurt we feel reflective of His? Where is the greater good? Is it in
Politics? In commetce? In faith? Maybe your god is
Just a one dimensional aspect you observe? Maybe
I do this also? Its difficult to see any blemishes with
No mirror report.' First judge ones own motives by the

Premium Member Just Fishing
The day is shades of gray
like sketches in charcoal,
almost one dimensional,
as I gaze from my perch
at water's edge,
looking beyond my line
which is taut and moving.
Startled, I flick my rod back
but the line goes limp -
I leave it there,
not thinking, or caring
that the bait might be gone.
I am not here to fish anyway,
it is only an excuse
to be alone and -
some might think it strange
to be just sitting here
in the rain ......

Trapped by twisting strings
We are not trapped by iron bars ~ but by vibrating strings in a play

Stars, atoms, creatures and time itself are string figures still quivering
Ten heavens are trapped together by these unseen strings still weaving
All between the innumerable fingers of Saklas, still twisting

(Inspired by the scientific hypothesis of string theory, which states that everything on a subatomic level is made up of one-dimensional, vibrating strings)....

Sting Like a Bee
Making up lies and rumors about my psychological state.
So you can exert your power through a dictatorship full of hate.
You hide behind your mask, and education.
As you blame the wrong person.
It’s apparent you made up your own version.
Your reality is different than mine.
I don’t withhold a double edged sword in which I fling.
As your stonewalling tactics sting like a bee.
Your idea of family is so dysfunctional.
As your condescending ways are beyond one dimensional....
